Crush x Reader~ Summer Heat

~Y/n's Point of View

It's just another boring old day. Just to add on it's in the middle of summer break! It's so damn hot! Not even the air conditioner is able to fight with this extreme heat.

 I groan, laying down beside the AC lazily. A few seconds later, it stopped as I slam the side of the machine.

I heard a loud yell by the couch, "Hey! Stop breaking the AC Y/n!" (C/n) said, his head poking out above the couch. I flinched and glared at him, feeling the cold air once again, "Sorry! But it's too hot!!" I said whining. 

(C/n) sighed, fanning himself with a book, plopping himself back on his seat, "Then stop moving. If you ramble a lot, it will get worse" (C/n) shout again, closing his eyes as he let the slow cold wind tingle his feet. 

I groan again and turned my head at him, "How come you are not sweating then!" I pout. (C/n) replied with a deadpan face, sighing, "It's because I'm not moving a lot, instead I'm just laying down and fan myself" I hum, closing my eyes, enjoying the cold air. It was quiet. Only the sound of the AC echoed in the living room. If only we went oversees for summer, maybe go to Canada or someplace cold.

"I got a plan!!" (C/n) said, rushing up from his seat and runs off. I didn't even bother to move and groan, at least say his thoughts more quietly. A few minutes later, he comes back with my swimsuit in his hands. My eyes widen, sitting up harshly. 

"Wait! Where-where did you get that?!" I said blushing, glaring at him. He avert his eyes and cleared his throat, "Oh right," (C/n) also blushed scratching the side of his neck, "Please don't get mad at me but, I found these in your closet. You also told me the other day that you have a suimsuit, so I want us to go to the pool" He said, and my eyes widen.

"You! Don't open my closet without permission!" I said hitting him with a pillow. He coughed, "I'm sorry! You have to use this either way!" He said and smiled, grabbing my arm, "Alright, let's go to the pool!" (C/n) changed the topic. 

I sighed and laughed quietly, "Alright..." I replied, standing up, grabbed the suimsuit from (C/n)'s grasp. Eventually, we went downstairs and change by the changing room at the side of the pool. 

I looked at myself and hum, "At least it's the right size. I should thank mom for buying me one for this unexpected occasion" I mumble to myseslf as I fixed my hair before going to the pool. As I finished everything, wearing my sunblock. I opened the curtain door and rush to the pool, "Yahoo!!" I shout then canon ball to the pool. Making a huge splash as (C/n) was washed over, laughing. 

I heard (C/n)'s brother by the glass window and pout, "Hey! No fair big bro! You should've told me you guys are hanging out by the pool!" (C/b) ~Crush's brother~ said. Waving his hands around frantically. 

(C/n) laughed, pushing his hair by the side. I was fazed for a few seconds, staring at his appearance, "Seriously" I mumbled to myself, trying to rub off my nervous smile on my face, "Then join in! Don't forget to put on some sunblock while you're at it" (C/n) said as (C/b) quickly changed into his swimming trunks then jumps to the pool with the use of the diving board, "Canon ball!" he yelled and made a splash. 

I laughed happily, "This is fun! You should've come up with this idea minutes ago!" I said as I created huge splash at the two brothers. (C/n) coughed and smirked at me, "Gah! (Y/n)!" (C/n) said, staring at me. I laughed until I saw (C/n) holding his water gun, "This means war!!" (C/b) said, rising up to the surface with his orange water gun and aimed at me. 

(C/n) also grabbed a water gun as I swim away, "You can't catch me!" I yelled as we start to form a battle in the pool. 

Finally, this is how summer vacation is supposed to be!
