Crush x Reader|| Lazy Hot Cocoa

You walked into your room and sighed. "(Crush name_, what are you doing?"

You and (Crush name) had been living together for a while now, and you took pride in being the one that made sure he got his work done on time. He was a hopeless procrastinator. 

 It was currently winter, and (Crush name) had a huge assignment that he needed to turn in. With Len, the bigger the assignment was the harder it was to get him to work, but you were prepared.

(Crush name) turned to you. "I'm watching TV. Come on, you'll love this movie! Watch it with me?" You smiled. "Sure! Right after you get started on your assignment." You replied back to your lazy boyfriend.

(Crush name) groaned and yanked you onto the floor with him. "Can't I spend time with my special girl?" On the inside, you wanted to blush and give in, but you knew it would only encourage him, so you raised an eyebrow. 

"Yes, but not when you have work to be done. Just start it, for me please?" You asked him leaving a sigh from (Crush name). "Fine." He got up and turned the computer on. 

You walked over and kissed his cheek. "Want me to make some hot cocoa?" You asked as you walked to the kitchen.  "Sounds great, thanks."

You left to make the hot drink, and when you came back, (Crush name) was checking his email. "(Crush Nickname), I told you to get started!" "But I got a few emails!"

Geez, sometimes he can be really aggravating. You looked at him. "Get started. Until I see a Word document with a complete sentence, HEADING INCLUDED, you're not getting any hot cocoa."

He sighed and began researching. He typed up his heading and a full sentence. "There we go," you praised him, giving him the hot mug. "Keep working as you drink it."

"Sure," (Crush name) said. You left the room.
"Oh, and don't check your email."
There was a moment of silence before you could hear (Crush name) exit his inbox.

He somehow managed to put it off so it was only half done the night before it was due. "(Crush name), I'm very disappointed," you scolded. "Who are you, my sister?" (Crush name) shot back.
You sighed. "I don't want to argue, but I don't want you to lose your job, either. Look, I'll help you. If we pull an all-nighter, we can get it done."

(Crush name) sighed again. "OK." You and (Crush name) worked very hard. Around 3 AM, you were noticeably forcing back yawns. (Crush name) looked at you and smile. "(First name)? do you need to rest?"

You smiled tiredly. "No, I'm fine. Let's keep working." (Crush name) sighed as he got up and pushed you into your bed. He pulled the covers over you and kissed your forehead. "Sleep. I'll get it done."

You yawned. "Promise?" you said softly.
"Promise."
You nodded and closed your eyes. You had never realized how warm and soft that bed was...

You woke up early the next morning and found a huge stack of papers on the table. "Ugh, I should have known (Crush name) wouldn't..." But he wasn't in bed next to you. He was asleep at the computer desk, his head on his arms.

The monitor showed a long Word document and a little box that said "Printing job complete." You smiled and got out of bed. You kissed his cheek and shook him. "Hey, (Crush name)."
He stirred and smiled when he saw you. "Hey," he said sleepily. You helped him into your bed and stapled the document. "Want me to drop this off at your work and tell them you're out sick?"

(Crush name) nodded. "Thanks." He fell asleep. You smiled and dropped it off before going home and climbing into bed next to him. He unconsciously pulled you close and you smiled, blushing and curling close to him. You both slept until noon. Later that night, you cuddled and watched a movie while drinking hot cocoa.
