~Donnie's POV~

It's been a week since April and Casey's funeral, we all went and stood on a far off roof top, ever since then everything's been just fine. Ronda and Raph are back together and happy as ever. I know Raph loves her, but he also feels bad about what happened to April. He loved her too and now while he may be happy, I know he'll always hate himself for that. I think Raph's planning on proposing sometime soon, I just hope that it's not tonight. Lily and Leo are still going strong, their eggs hatched showing that they have two boys and one girl. They named the boys Luke and Landon, and their little girl's name is Lila. The boys have green eyes and Lila has her mom's bright blue ones. They're the sweetest kids on the planet. Thankfully we got the renovation done the day before they hatched so they all have their own room. Everyday they get a small injection of ooze hoping that they'll become like us. Maci and Mikey got back from their second honeymoon the day after the eggs hatched. Since then all Maci can talk about is having little ones of her own. Although I think she's scaring Mikey a bit, he's worried that when the time comes he won't be mature enough to take care of them. When it comes to Del and I, well I plan on proposing tonight, I just hope that she's ready for it. I hope she says yes, I love her and I want to spend the rest of my life with her. I was pulled from my thoughts by a set of arms wrapping around my neck and a kiss being planted on my cheek, I turned around and looked into Del's eyes.

"Hey, whatcha doin?"

"Wondering what we're doing for date night."

I smiled, grabbing her arm, swinging her onto my lap, she sat there smiling, as I kissed her cheek.

"I was thinking that we could, just go for a walk tonight, get out of the layer for a bit."

"Alright, works for me, when are we leaving?"

I shrugged.

"Whenever you're ready."

"Can we leave now?"

I laughed, nodding my head.

"Yeah, but let me grab my weapon from our room just in case alright?"

She nodded her head getting off my lap as I walked to our room, I grabbed my bow staff before grabbing the ring and hiding it in my bow pack. I walked out of the room meeting up with Del by the entrance of the layer. She smiled taking my hand, as we walked out heading to the rooftop we first met on. We sat there and waited until we saw the stars in the sky. We held each other and the sky lit up under the full moon, I looked at Del's beautiful face.

"Del, you love me right?"

She gave me a funny look.

"Donnie, what are you talking about? Of course I love you."

I smiled and kissed her pulling out the ring, I held it in front of us. She looked at the ring in my hand before she looked at me, I smiled at her.

"I love you Del, and I want to spend the rest of my life with you, if you'll have me, will you marry me?"

She smiled bringing her lips to mine, when she pulled away.

"What do you mean if I'll have you? I love you Donnie."

I kissed her again.

"I love you Del."

"I love you, and to answer your question, yes, I'll have you, and yes I'll marry."

I smiled, placing the ring on her finger before placing my lips against hers once again. I love her, and I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with her. We soon decided that it was time to head back. We walked into the layer and everyone looked at us before Del walked over...

"I'm getting married!!"

All the girls jumped up hugging her close, all excited for her, the guys came over and hugged me, slapping me on the back before Splinter came over.

"Congratulations, my son."

"Thank you father."

I bowed to him and he placed his hand on my head. I stood up straight and looked at everyone, Del came over grabbing my hand. We walked down the hall to our room, she smiled laying down. I laid down next to her wrapping my arms around her. We fell asleep loving each other more than anything else on this earth.
