Weather and Light.

I think sunshine is annoying. If I had my way, I would only see the sunshine in the morning, rising over the peaks of the mountains and painting the sky beautiful pastel shades, then spilling through my bedroom window and waking me up after a good night's rest. That way the sun tricks you into thinking that you have woken up nice and late and that its time to get up, and it sets you up for an optimistic day. But then after that, I hate it.

I would rather the day fade into soft bluish-greys, generally overcast a with a grey blue sky covered in clouds. Ideally there would be a mild fog or slight drizzle; some sort of precipitation that increased the lusciousness and greenness (are those even words?!) of the vegetation.

Then of course, a very soft, cool colored sunset would finish off the day, followed by at least three hours of a beautiful time called dusk in preparation of night.

Nighttime would showcase a beautiful big black sky covered in pinpricks of light from far away. The stars and moon would light up the shadowed world below.

Maybe I just don't like the general thought of a blaring, bright sunny day, decked out with commodities like extreme heat, sweat, and general sleepiness. Not to mention sunburn, skin cancer, and sun stroke. Oh goody!

In conclusion:

Don't do sun, kids.
