Lucifer's POV

It's been two months since that day. Amara hasn't made a move yet and I'm grateful for that because we aren't ready...

My little Kitten... It was all my fault. I agreed and watched it happen.

Two months ago

"Where's Castiel?" Dean asked behind me with worry in his voice.

"I'm right here Dean." I heard Castiel's raspy voice say. Dean looked relieved. Castiel teleported over to me.

"I see that your wings are fixed," I said just above a whisper.

"Yes. But now is not the time. She saved us both. Now it's our time to save her... Father, please help her." Castiel pleaded to father, He walked over to us.

"Please Lucifer." He begged me. I moved away, so he could use his powers. Chuck moved his hand over Ava and a small glow came from his hand. He furrowed his eyebrows in concentration.

"I've done all I can. The rest is up to her." He sighed.

"Will she wake up?" I asked with weakness clear in my voice, but I didn't care. Not this time.

Present time

So here I am sitting on her bed. I haven't moved in a long time. I just can't. I've overheard conversations the others have had. That's why I know what's going on. I've been speaking to her every day. I only hope that she can hear me.

Suddenly there was a knock on the door and it opened.

"Is she..." I stood up in a blink of an eye, pushed the person out of the room, and closed the door with my powers. I'm the only one that should be with her. I know I'm being selfish but she is mine as I am hers.

I hummed silently to her. I felt a tear slip from my eye. I closed my eyes and the tears came down like a waterfall.

"Please... Don't... Cry..." A hoarse voice said in such a low voice that I almost didn't hear it.

I slowly opened my eyes only to see two beautiful eyes stare back at me. A big smile spread across my face.

"Wow, I didn't know that the devil had turned soft..." She coughed.

I laughed a bit while wiping the tears away from my eyes. I reached over to the nightstand and gave her a glass of water.

"How long was I out?" She asked curiously.

"Two months," I said slowly.

"TWO MONTHS!" She jerked up in her bed only for her to fall back in pain.

"Relax kitten. Please rest." I said trying to calm her down.

"NO! I've been resting for way too long!" She pushed my hands away and ran out of the room.

I followed her through the hallway. She entered the library only to find everyone there drinking beer. She leaned against the door and smiled at them.

"Ava..." Dean said with love in his eyes.

I glared daggers at him. She's mine. He seemed to notice me because he immediately looked down at the floor. She started to walk towards them only to collapse on the floor.

"Ava!" I ran towards her. I lifted her up bridal style, teleported back to her room and put her to bed again.

"You weren't ready," I told her softly and stroke her cheek. She sighed.

"I know..." She suddenly leaned over and kissed me. I tried to deepen the kiss but she froze.

"What's wrong?" I asked pulling away.

"I.. I.. I don't feel anything?" She whispered shocked.

"What?.." I asked confused.

"When I kissed you I didn't feel any sparks. Just nothing.." She looked afraid. I desperately kissed her again and again. I could feel the sparks.

"I feel them," I stated.

"But I don't..." A clever expression came over her face.

"Hold on a second." She closed her eyes and took a deep breath.

"They're gone..." She said with a gasp.

"Who's gone?" I asked even more confused than before.

"My powers! Demon and angel. All gone!! I'm useless Now!!" She stated frantically, tears streaming down her face. I grabbed her face and made her look at me.

"Angel, demon or human. I'll love you until the end of the line. Kitten" I said and kissed her with all the love that had been stacking up inside me for millenniums.
