THE HOLIDAYS HAD finally come and Violet couldn't have been more excited for them. She and the rest of her friends were spending Christmas at James' house, which would result in a hectic, but very fun week. Currently, Violet found herself curled up next to Remus as Sirius and James talked about the activities they had planned once they reached the Potter home. "I'm telling you, this is going to be our best Christmas break yet." Sirius exclaimed as he sprawled his lower body onto James lap and leaned his head against one of the seats.
"Get your legs off of me Padfoot." whined James as he knocked Sirius' legs off of his lap, causing him to nearly fall. "You almost killed me!" Sirius stated dramatically. "I could've died just then." Violet rolled her eyes. "Quit being dramatic and let's discuss what our plans are going to be once we reach James' house." Sirius scoffed. "Our dear Violet, always refusing to have fun."
"Oh, I know how to have fun. I just prefer not to be stupid." grinned Violet. James shook his head as the train came to a halt. "Finally! We're here." he exclaimed as he quickly scrambled out of the compartment. Sirius trailed right behind him as Violet and Remus gathered their things before following their friends out.
Violet stepped out first and couldn't help but sigh. "As much as I love Hogwarts, I cannot help but be grateful that we're allowed a break from all that work they give us." She commented as Remus grabbed her hand and pulled her towards the Potter's. This year, she had not bothered informing her parents that they need to pick her up, for she was going to spend a week with the Potter's and would spend the rest of her break at home, having to deal with her horrid older sister, Petunia.
Once the couple had reached the pureblood family, Violet grinned as she stepped up and introduced herself. "It's very nice to meet you, I'm Violet." Mrs. Potter smiled before pulling the redhead into a hug. "It's nice to finally meet the girl who's been driving Remus crazy." She teased as Remus blushed and Violet laughed. The older woman then embraced Remus as Violet went to greet Mr. Potter.
"For a second I though you were the girl James has fancied since first year." He grinned as Violet shook her head. "Oh, no. That would be my twin sister, Lily." "Well if she's your twin sister, there's no doubt she's as beautiful as you." The older gentlemen told her which caused Violet to blush and James to groan. "Dad please don't flirt with Moony's girlfriend. She's too young for you."
Mr. Potter chuckled. "I was not flirting with her, my boy. I was just complimenting the girl. Besides, I'm certain Remus has her heart." He turned his attention to the boy who grinned and grabbed ahold of his girlfriend's hand. The Potter's smiled fondly at the couple before leading the group out of the train station.
"Go ahead and hold hands because we're going to apparate." Mrs. Potter told the group as she nodded to her husband. Mr. Potter grinned. "Hold on tight, it's going to be a very bumpy ride." Before any of the young wizards could reply, the feeling of being forced through a very tight rubber tube was present in them for a couple of seconds before they landed in front of the Potter Manor. Violet felt nausea hit her and she propped herself into a position in cause she needed to vomit.
Sirius placed a hand on Violet's back as she tried to get rid of the nauseous feeling. "Don't vomit now, little red." He told her as he saw her face turn pale. "Don't vomit now, please don't vom-"
"OH, COME ON!"

"How are you feeling?" Remus asked his girlfriend who was sprawled out on the bed. "Much better now." She replied as she turned on her side to face him. "Please do tell Sirius I'm sorry for vomiting all over his shoes." Violet murmured as she patted the space next to her. Remus chuckled as he laid down. "He'll get over it. They're just a pair of shoes.""No they're not!" shouted Sirius from the other room. "I just got these pair two days ago and they're ruined because of Violet's vomit!" Violet rolled her eyes as she cuddled into Remus. "Oh shut it, Severus." Sirius gasped loudly and ran into the room. "You did not just call me that. Just because I have long beautiful locks, does not mean I'm him, Evans." "Do I need to repeat it twice, Severus?" she sneered as she refused to look at him. "That's it. You're going to get it. You're going to wish you went home this week, Evans." He glared at her.
Violet scoffed. "Oh yeah, I'm so scared. There's nothing you can do." Sirius chuckled. "Oh, yeah? Are you forgetting you're in the house of the Marauders? We prank for a living, Evans. Just watch out. You won't know what hit you." He informed her as he dramatically exited the room.
The redhead groaned. "Remus?" "Yes, love?" "I love you, you know that right?" He chuckled. "I love you too but I will not poison Sirius for you."
"Dammit."
Sorry its been a while since I've updated. I've just been really busy with school and other matters that I haven't had time to update. I hope this chapter makes up for it, even if its not the best. xx
*** BUT I plan on creating another Harry Potter story, except this is going to be the Next Generation & I want to make it Scorlily or maybe lily and teddy? or any other pairing that involves Lily, but please do tell me which you prefer, or if you have others, do feel free to comment.
