Meet Mors

-Your P.O.V-

"The rain is starting to go down!" Taehyung shouted which made Maru wake up from his slumber.

"Sorry.." Taehyung apologized which lead to Maru panting excitedly.

"Its stopping! Its stopping!" Maru yelled as he got up from the ground and started to chase his tail.

"Thank god.." You said watching the rain subside. You can see more things outside of the cave now since the storm cleared.

"Are you guys hungry? I'll get you some food!" Maru ran out of the cave before you guys could give him an answer.

"O-Okay," You stuttered watching him prance out the cave in search of food. You just sigh and look at the blue sky that arrived.

You and Taehyung jumped at the sound of Rapmons booming voice that had startled you two.

"Good afternoon! I am here to announce that you both have the remaining two hours left, before the forest consumes you, good luck!" He hung up and you rolled your eyes. This makes you feel so much better...!

"Well.. that's not a lot of time," Taehyung whispered, you shook your head.

"Mhm, as soon as Maru get's back, we will eat the food as fast as we can and get out of here," You said, feeling a little determined from your plan. Taehyung nodded at your statement.

"Sounds good, we just need to wait until Maru gets back," He replied as you flashed him a smile. You looked back outside, waiting for any sign of him.

...

"It has been about 30 minutes, where could he be?" You asked in wonder while Taehyung shrugged.

"Good question," You sighed and looked back at the exit.

"I'm going to take a look," You said as he nodded. You got up from the shadow and walked over to the exit. Though you felt the ground start to shake a little bit, until it started to shake harder and harder.

The last shake made you fall over to the ground. Taehyung got up and ran to help you back up. As he did, you both looked out the exit to see something horrifying.

Your eyes widened as you both witness a gigantic monster that is taller than the trees. In fact, it is so tall, that you can't even see it's face.

The legs are scaly and the hands have sharp claws, are they claws? You have no clue, but the thing is a gross green color and its tail is slithering like a snake. (A/N: *Sings* CaUgHt iN a LiEEEE)

Rocks started to fall from the top of the cave as the creature was walking by, each step literally felt like an earthquake.

The creature let out a large screech as it was making its way through the forest. Suddenly, you have come to a conclusion.

"Maru said that we were getting close to the meetup, right?" You asked Taehyung, which he just nodded at you.

"Yes"

"And Rapmon said that Mors is guarding it from a distance, right?" Taehyung nodded again, giving you a strange look.

"You don't think..."

"I think that's Mors," You stated nervously.

It screeched again, so you and Taehyung covered your ears. It was so loud, and it hurt so much, he is right outside of the cave.

"Where the fuck is Maru... We need to get out of here," Taehyung said nervously. You looked down at your hands, you have a bad guess in your mind of his whereabouts.

"I swear, if Mors got to him.." You whispered disappointingly. Taehyung just groaned silently, rubbing his temples.

"I hope that isn't the case," He said, which made you shrug. You hope it isn't either, you just want to see him. That's the only thing you can wish for, just the thought of him dead fills you with sorrow.

"Oh...Maru," You whispered, watching the door, hoping he'd be prancing in any moment. Taehyung is watching the door as well, Maru is our only hope.

You hear tiny little flutters and voices approach the cave as you and Taehyung back away from the cave. None of the voices sounded like Maru, so you assumed it meant trouble.

Two little pixies enter the cave, and they glowed. The first pixie has sparkly blue wings and green hair and the other has orange wings with red hair.

Uh oh... Pixies. -You thought. Though you froze as they seemed to notice you two in the shadow. They flew over near you two with bright smiling faces.

"Hello! I don't recall meeting humans before," The one with the green hair said. You gulped and looked over at Tae, who also seemed alarmed.

"Stay away," Taehyung burst, which the pixies exchanged glances.

"Why? We'll never harm you," The one with the red hair said, which she gave you a reassuring smile. Which you backed up against the wall, shaking your head.

"N-No, pixies mean trouble," You said, with a shaky voice. Although, they just laughed.

"We aren't pixies, we're fairies!" They both said in sync. You and Tae exchanged glances before looking at them again.

"Fairies are bigger than pixies, and us fairies don't cause trouble. Unlike them," The one with the green hair stated.

You inspected them more closely and you noticed that they are a little bigger in size compared to the pixie that leads you to the pond.

"By the way, I'm Jenny!" The one with the red hair stated while waving.

"And I'm Caroline!" The blue one also stated. You and Taehyung waved to them, they seem to be so open.

"Do humans have names?" Jenny asked as she played with her red hair. You nodded before you started talking.

"Yes, my name is (Y/N)," You said as you gave them uncomfortable eye contact.

"I'm Taehyung.." He stated while bowing slightly. They both giggled and separated from each other.

"Pleasure to meet both of you!" They both yelled.

"P-pleasure," You replied. They gave you a confused look right after.

"What are you both doing here?" Caroline asked you two.

"We are waiting for a friend to come back, it has been a while... So we are getting kind of nervous.

"Oh dear!" They both exclaimed at the same time.

"We can look for you!" Jenny offered as your face lightens up. This might be your chance..

"Really? Thank you!" Taehyung thanked them as they giggled again.

"Of course! Is he human as well?" Caroline asked, which you shook your head.

"He's an Interitum... Probably the only nice one, please find him, he is our only hope out of here," You begged. Though they gave you two a pleasant smile before fluttering over near the exit.

"Of course! We'll do our best!" Jenny yelled as she exited, though Caroline flew over to us and handed you two a large crystal.

"This will show where we are at all times, and we will call you when we find him," Caroline smiled while flying out of the exit.

"Thanks!" You called out, though she didn't hear you because she most likely caught up with Jenny.

You both examined the crystal and felt the bumpy and sharp texture of it. You passed it over to Taehyung who seemed to be drawn to it.

"And now we wait..."
