Last Day Stress

It was Rapmons morning announcement.

"Good Morning you two. Today is your final day, the hardest of all days," You roll your eyes, you're not in the mood for this, especially after what happened last night.

"So at the end of this announcement, I will leave you off with a hint. But first, I'd like to say that you both have come so far from where you have started, which is impressive." He sounded sarcastic when saying that.

"And I have noticed that last night was a full moon, how are you two still alive?" Rapmon whispered the last part. Thanks Namjoon, for making you both sound useless.

"Well, anyways... Good luck to you both, and remember me mentioning Mors? Well, he is guarding the rock from a major distance, but there is enough space to go around him," You gulped and looked down at your shaking hands.

"That was you hint, anyways... Good luck," Rapmon said before hanging up. You were filled with anxiousness. The final day has come, the day that you were scared of since day one. Now that the day is here, you feel so unprepared.

"Well, we should get going.." Maru said as he got up from the ground and makes his way past you two.

"You sure you can?" Taehyung asked him, which Maru just nods.

"Yeah, you guys have a place to be, at a certain time. I want you both to be happy," Maru replied, flashing you both a devastating smile. You gave him one back as you all started to head your way towards the meetup.

"We want you to be happy as well," You replied, kicking up sticks from the ground as you walked.

"I can only be happy if you make it out safe," You couldn't help but smile at his reply. Maru is such a good friend, you and Taehyung are happy to have him. Even when he is sad and depressed, he would push it away for your needs.

"Thanks Maru," Taehyung said, which Maru didn't reply. You guys just made your way through the strange forest, which you feel a few raindrops fall on your shoulder.

You looked up while squinting your eyes to feel a little bit more rainfall down on your face. You just looked at Taehyung who seemed to shrug, while sticking his hand out to catch some drops.

"Well, it isn't that bad right no--"

Boom...

A little bit of thunder cut you off of your sentence, it wasn't to loud but it was still alarming. You felt a long gust of wind slightly push against you guys.

"Great, now a minor storm," You pointed out as you guys still kept walking.

"It's not going to be minor," Maru said, correcting your statement. "It's going to be major."

"Great... This is going to be so fu--"

The second booming thunder caused you to jump, it was 10 times louder than the first one. You sighed as the rain started to come down heavier and faster.

"Let's keep moving on!" Maru yelled over the loud rain. You nodded as you and Taehyung followed behind him.

The rain feels good though, it is nice and cool. It's cooling you off from all the heat and sweat that you are making from walking/running.

Although another gust of wind hits, causing the rain drops to shift and hit you harder, making it feel like a bunch of needles is pressing against your face. It's like little ice shards the size of a crumb is being thrown at you.

The wind picks up and it is making it hard for you all to proceed, it is literally pushing you guys away. So you all lean forward and push yourself with each step.
