"You can change your hair, five times a week. You can change your name, get a little bit crazy." the speakers blared. We all sat in silence except for small talk between some of us.

Mark and Stormie were driving. In front of me were Carissa, Riker, Ratliff, and Ryland. Me, Ross, Rydel, and Rocky were on the seat across from them.

The siblings were laughing and joking around. They directed some questions towards us, but mostly Carissa.

Things like where we lived and what we were doing with our lives was thrown around.

I heard Ross ask what it was like for Carissa to live in the same city as All Time Low (their favorite band).

"Its pretty hard not to fangirl every time I bump into them, but we're all pretty chill. I really love it when Alex invites me over and plays accoustic songs in the basement of Rian's house." she rambled, glowing.

He laughed at her and glanced at me. "How's Miami?" he said, taking my hand in his and squeezing it. Millions of butterflies fluttered around my stomach when he did this and it felt like there was a lightning storm going on in out hands.

"Well," I started in a voice I never heard. I cleared my throat and started again. "Well its very warm and it doesn't even snow on Christmas. Its a huge let-down, but other than that I love it. I live with my little brother and mom on a house-boat, and my mom takes care of our neighbor who is also her friend and she pays her very well."

"It must be hard to kindle a relationship when your miles apart, isn't it?" Rydel asked, worry on her face.

"Not really," Carissa beamed, "I call her at least every hour of the day, even when we're in school."

"Yeah," I said, "And she gets me in trouble when she calls me in the middle of a lecture."

"Oh come on, that was only once."

"I got detention for 3 weeks and ISS! My mom murdered me!"

"OKAY!" Riker said, "Alright, no fighting."

"This isn't even considered one, we talk like this all the time," Carissa told him and stuck her tongue out at me.

"Thank God we're finally here," Ryland piped up, "wouldn't want to drag out such beautiful corpses."

"RYLAND!" Ross and Riker whined in unison. Everyone laughed and clambored out of the car where we were met with fangirls that had returned from last night.

The only way I knew was because they woke me up from the couch and made me clambor upstairs to sleep in my perfect room.

"Stand behind me," Ross said. So I did, and the fangirls pushed me into his back. He smelled great and I could feel him laugh.

I watched as the girls tried ripping off their clothes and sometimes successful. By the time we all got in the elevator, Rocky was missing a leg of his pants, Ryland's hat was took off and ripped to shreds, Rydel's tu-tu was torn, and I was surprised to see that Riker's tie was missing.

"Agh! First my shirt, now my favorite tie. What a great night." Riker exasperated as Carissa laughed into his shoulder.

Apparently they really hit it off.

Ross put an arm around my waist and smiled down at me. I hear a wolf-whistle from behind us and Rocky was there, patting Ross on the shoulder.

"Aww! Rossy-pooh has a gurlllfrienddd!" he gushed and everyone awed even Stormie. Ross hugged me into his side and whispered in my ear, "They are the most embarrassing people on earth I swear."

I laughed and felt the vibration of his against my back. Finally, the doors opened to a wide hallway, and Ryland, Ratliff, Rocky, and Rydel all jetted off down it saying something along the lines of, "See you there."

Apparently Stormie and Mark already talked to Carissa and Riker, because they ran ahead, hand in hand. Ross held my hand as we walked slowly so his parents could catch up.

"So," Stormie started, "your the lovely girl who stole my little boy's heart?"

"Mooooommmmmm!" he groaned.

I laughed and looked at her.

"I guess, I mean, we've just met, you know?" I shrugged.

She laughed and so did Mark.

This was going to be a crazy night.
