The rest of the day flew past rather quick. Zander and I played with the twins for a few hours, taking them to a cafe for a fluffy and cookies. Zander was right it really did take my mind off the Conoy situation. By the time we got back to Millie's apartment it was 6:30. The tension in my veins had disappeared. When I walked in I gave Xavier a hug, apologizing for losing my cool. Shaun later told me he was proud of me for doing that.

After half an hour of me babbling about how adorable the twins are. Millie informs me we are going out for dinner. Zander and Xavier leave because they have a dinner with their grandparents. I'm excited because it'll just be us siblings, I am starting to count Cassia as a sister because it is obvious her and Shaun will get married in the future.

I change into a pair of black skinny jeans with rips in the knees, a creme frilly bandeau top and a denim jacket. Fixing up my make up just slightly. We don't even have to drive to get to the restaurant, it's a five minute walk away from Millie's apartment complex.

I nearly squeal in delight when I discover where we are eating. It's the place so many famous people post Instagram photos about. I feel like we are living the high life. I squeeze Millie's arm in excitement making her chuckle.

"We have a reservation for the Diego's," She says to the guy at the front desk. He nods and leads us to a table upstairs on the balcony. A short while after, we are seated our menus are brought over. I nearly drool just scanning over the mains. I shuffle about in my seat like a fidgety child. Going to places like this makes me realise how well off my family is.

I mean Max is a highly sought after architect, Millie is a extremely well-paid pediatrician, Shaun has his clothing business, Mum has her boutique and Dad used to be the founder of an outdoor adventure magazine. I guess our parents taught us to follow our dreams and overcome the restrictions. The tricky thing is I'm not exactly sure what I want to do with myself after I finish school. I think I would love to do interior design I could study that and then start my own business. I also want to be a beauty blogger. I guess I could do both.

When my food is placed in front of me I let out a gasp of delight making the waiter smile. "I love seeing people's reactions to our food. It makes my day," He hums before walking away leaving us to our starters. I'm a lot like a child when it comes to good food. Millie sees this less than Shaun because she left straight after she finished school. So she hasn't lived with me for a few years and doesn't get home much. She watches me smiling.

"I've missed you much Penelope, I watch your social media seeing all the amazing adventures you go on with your friends and I'm so proud of you for getting out of that dark place and ditching that popular crowd as much as I love Opal and Lexi, I'm not sure about the other girls. I love your texts every day. They remind me how precious our relationship is. I also adore the way you are with the little two. They love you so much. You get the opportunity that us older three can never get. You can watch them grow up and have the ability to shape them into amazing human beings. You deserve the greatest guy ever. I hope this Zac that Shaun tells me about treats you well. I will have to play  twenty questions with Max about him because he'll be honest. I know I only get to see you for a little bit seeing your face at my front door today, made me completely filled with joy. My little Penelope has grown into a fantastic young woman. I'm going to stop now because I'm getting emotional," Millie takes mouthfuls of her food every time she searches for the right words.

We sit and chat while we eat not even noticing a couple of hours have passed us by. Eventually after we have finished all the meals we wander back to Millie's apartment.

Her apartment is smaller than Shaun's which means she only has two bedrooms. Cassia and Shaun take the second bedroom leaving me to share Millie's bed.
