The ride home from Millie's is pretty quiet. Cassia attaches her phone to the speakers and we just let the music play. I know that when I get home I will miss the rowdiness of my older siblings. I will have to return to school tomorrow. Which isn't bad or anything to complain about. I must admit that I'm nervous about the whole cheating scandal. Because everyone that is a part of the whole ordeal: Tide,Eva, Darcy and Hue, aren't going to enjoy the week. Tide will make Hue's life hell. Even though he cheated on me with a girl from Silo Park High who sleeps with any guy she can. I think he really truly was beginning to fall in love with Darcy. But now knowing Eva has a gentleman waiting for her heart, gives me a sense of relief.

I'm counting down to the weekend. Spending time with Zac is always great. The problem is that when you are waiting for something to happen it is as if the world slows down.

When I get home the little ones run to hug me. Luca jumps into my arms, wrapping his legs around my waist. Kyra comes to my left side when I move Luca onto my hip. I ruffle her soft hair when she looks up me with a grinning face.

"We missed you lots and lots!" She pulls me to the lounge so both of them can cuddle me on the couch. Mum stands in the doorway leaning against the frame while the kids smother me in kisses and cuddles.

When I realise they have ten minutes to bed time I get Luca to chose a book to read. Kyra tells me about her weekend after he waddles to his bedroom. He comes back with his favourite book "No matter what!" and climbs back onto my lap. They are so amazing, I am happy to be home. When the book is finished I kiss their heads and Mum takes Luca from my lap.

She'll put him to bed and I'll put Kyra into her bed. Then Mum will kiss Kyra after Luca is settled. Kyra's little hand wraps around my own as we walk up the stairs. A smile is brought to my face when we enter her pink room with glitter in the paint on her walls. She's our little princess. She climbs into her cosy bed pulling the blankets up to her chin. I sing her a little song and kiss her cheek before flicking her main light off, letting her night light offer her safety as she waits for Mum.

I lie on the couch while I wait for Mum. The Sunday night blues creep into my soul. Ah the weekend is over and drama at school does exist. But tomorrow is a day closer to seeing Zac. Mum finally returns and lies next to me. I've missed my mummy and her cuddles. I snuggle into her arms just like the kids were a short while ago. We talk about our past week and eventually make our way to the kitchen where Mum begins making us both cups of cocoa. I love my mum so much. She is such a strong woman.

When I get into bed where Mum has changed my sheets. I hum in content. I love my bed. It is so snuggly. I call Luke and talk to him whilst Mama showers. He tells me about his day and like a girl, explains how much he likes Eden. It brings a smile to my face. We talk about school and decide to try ignore the popular group's drama.

After an hour he yawns and says he is going to try sleep. Mum comes in as we hang up and lies with me until I fall asleep.  I sleep the whole night deeply, uninterrupted. When I wake up I feel very rested.

During the drive to school I update Storm on the Darcy- Hue drama and she tells me about seeing Tommy at the party. I have to force myself to not say anything, it takes every ounce of my self control. I also try to avoid any topic to do with her troubled twin. I know he will be at school so I can talk to him face to face and give him a little telling off.

Rose and Jayda meet us at Storm's parking space, so we walk into school together. Well at least until Tommy runs up and lifts me into the air. Storm and Jayda look slightly confused while Rose just stands there laughing.
