Arias POV

"He won't like it." I told Stiles, grabbing the takeout we'd been to collect for the Sheriff as well as ourselves. I peered in the bags letting the smell consume the car.

"Yeah, well he needs to start listening to the doctor." Stiles commented whilst he collected his change from the window. I smiled, I loved how much he cared about his dad.

Just before we drove off I grabbed his face and kissed him. He looked at me and raised his eyebrows. "Go on." I encouraged him to drive the car. "One more." He dealt. I rolled my eyes, but leant towards him, hovering close to his face, teasing him. Stiles was waiting but I pulled away. He looked at me with an annoyed expression.

"Go!" I laughed a little louder, a beep was heard behind us meaning we were holding everyone up. It was then Stiles actually changed gear and moved.

It took us less than 5 minutes to get to the Sheriffs station and we made our way into his Dad's office, our fingers laced together despite the difficulty of juggling the food.

"Hey Sheriff!" I greeted as I walked into his office, breaking my hand away from Stiles'.

"You guys are just on time." He spoke happily as I handed him his bag and I dived into mine. Watching, I saw the Sheriff take a bite. His face suddenly filled with disgust.

"Oh! Stiles! What the hell is this?" Annoyance clear in his words.

"A veggie burger." He replied simply whilst giving me my drink.

"I asked for a hamburger." He spoke, in disappointment. Looking between Stiles and his burger.

"Well veggie is healthier. We're being healthy." He explained holding up a box of salad. Sheriff then proceeded to open his box of what he thought would've been fries, but it was carrots and celery sticks. A look of disgust was once again on his face.

"Oh why are you trying to ruin my life?" He whined to his son. "I'm trying to extend your life, okay? Could you just eat it please? And tell us what you found." He demanded, taking the roll of the father.

His dad looked at him, annoyed. "No. I'm not sharing confidential police work with a teenager."

"Teenagers!" I pointed out, emphasising the 'S'. Stilinski just looked at me with a harsh gaze.

Stiles eyes wondered around the room and landed on the board behind his father, as did mine. I looked, leaning forward slightly trying to make out the words.

"Is that it on the board behind you?" Stiles asked. Stilinski turned around and saw what we were looking at.

We both then stood up slightly in our seats, trying to get a good look. "Don't look at that." He ordered. "Okay." I mumbled, still looking. "Avert your eyes." The demands continued to come, but we didn't give up.

"I see arrows pointing to pictures!" Stiles spoke and his dad accepted defeat. "Alright, stop. Fine." He muttered. "I found something. The mechanic, and the couple who were murdered. They all had something in common."

"All three?" Stiles asked, clearly knowing something was up.

I looked at him but his focus was all on his dad.

"Yeah. You know what I always say, ones and incident. Twos a coincidence-" "Threes a pattern." Stiles interrupted, guessing correctly.

"The mechanic, the husband, the wife," Stilinski counted on his hands. "All the same age, all 24."

"Wait, what about Mr Lahey? Isaacs dad is no where near 24." Stiles questioned. "Which made me think, A, Laheys murder wasn't connected. Or B, the ages weren't a coincidence. Until I found this," Stilinski handed Stiles a file. "Which would be C, did you know Isaac had an older brother named Camden?" "Died in combat." I whispered, he was in the army. "But, if he were alive today, take one guess at how old he'd be." Stilinski asked us.
