The Vamps Fanfiction- Bumping into You

Chapter 6-

*Alices POV*
After filling Katy in on the happenings of the previous week. We arrived at school with about 10 minutes to spare. We headed to our form room hoping that Connor and Brad would be there. I was surprised to find that they weren't. Amber texted Brad and he replied about 3 minutes later : "ah sorry we should have told you, we are in one of the music pods practising for our performance next week xxx come down and meet us?? 😉"

So we walked down to the music department, Katy was bouncing with excitement. When we arrived they were just finishing their song.
"Woo yeah!" Brad said jumping up and down. Amber laughed to herself but all of us girls noticed.
"Hey girls! Wazzup" Connor said popping the 'p'.
"Hey this is Katy, she's been on holiday during term so she hasn't been here for ages!" I said. All the boys made an 'ooing' noise. "Rebel Katy," Brad said placing his guitar down carefully ontop of a really big Marshall amp.

We all sat down on the floor in a circle. We are all really childish that way...

The conversation was never dry when Katy was around. To be honest none of the girls got a words in edge ways when she was about.
"So how long have you guys been a band?"
"About a year now, James and Tristan go to different schools but they're in the band too" Connor said.

We all decided to play a game of duck duck goose. I know it's weird but think about it, I bet you and your friends do much weirder things to pass the time! By the end we were all on the floor in hysterics. I checked my phone.

"Sh*t, we are half an hour late for English!!"

We all rushed out the music room flinging the door open making it indent the wall. We arrived in the middle of auditions. The Christmas play this year was called district 13 . I've never auditioned for any of the plays before but we all had to take part so year after year my roles have included, tree, nurse, a fountain (really??) and an old widow. Amber always auditioned. She was really good and so was Alex. Katy and I always sit in the audience trying to make them laugh.

"Thankyou for auditioning, the rest of the auditions will carry on during tomorrow's lesson"

Everyone rose from the red cushioned theatre seats and started to leave. I'm surprised Miss didn't notice we arrived really late.

"Are you girls going to audition?" Connor asked us.

"Amber and Alex definitely will! Katy and I normally morph into a tree or something insignificant in the background"

"We should all audition!" Brad suggested. Really Brad have you seen my acting!? Not exactly world class!

Amber piped up "sure I'd love to"

Amber practically pressured me and Katy into auditioning. After we all agreed, we decided to split into two groups for auditions. Amber, Alex and Brad. Me, Katy and Connor.

After school we all headed to the Costa down town. And after acquiring a coffee we split My audition group going to my house and Amber's group going to Her house
