The Vamps Fanfiction- Bumping into You

Chapter 3

*Alices POV*

When Connor came off stage I ran over to him and threw my arms around him.

'You guys were great! Im officially in love with The Vamps!' I said releasing Connor.
'Thanks! I guess we're okay. Nothing special...'
I playfully punch him in the arm.
'Not special?! You guys were amazing!'
'Haha I know. ' He winked at me.
'Modest much, erm do you want to dance with me?'
'It would be my honour.' He said, dragging me onto the dance floor.

'The question is though, can we dance?'
'Connor, how much more cheesy can you get?'
'I consider that a challenge me lady.'
Everything about Connor was driving me crazy, his voice, his hair, his eyes, his smile, his cheesyness. It was more than just a school girl crush now. I giggled at his cuteness as he spun me around in time with the song (Moves Like Jagger By Maroon 5, if you dont know it you have been living under a rock) and as I looked over to one corner of the room I saw Alex, with the guy i recognised to have been sat behind the drum kit earlier...

*Alex's POV*

I was stood by myself in the corner. I didn't know anyone, and as soon as The Vamps came off stage Alice ran off to find Connor and Amber got dragged away by the guy I knew to be Brad. So yet again, I was a loner. Alice and Connor were now dancing away with each other, and it was so obvious, just the way they looked at each other, you could tell they were made for each other. But I found my thoughts being interrupted.

'Hey, you look a bit lonely.'
I looked up to see who was actually talking to me and saw a tall blonde guy stood over me. He had a kinda quiff, and was dresses in jeans and a leopard print t-shirt. His smile was infectious.
'Yeah, I kinda got dragged here and I dont know anyone.'
'Neither, I was only coming so I could play for the band, then I was planning on leaving.'
'Lucky for me you didnt then! Wait you played for the band? Oh! Your the drummer from the vamps, i thought i recognised you!'
'Yeah, that was me, in all my glory' he said taking a quick bow.
'Well you were very good! Im Alex by the way'
'It is my pleasure to meet you miss Alex, im Tristan, at your service.'
'So tristan at my service, do you want to dance?'
'Sure thing' he said grabbing my hand at pulling me with him. 'It would be my honour to dance with a lady such as yourself.'

*Amber's POV*

Brad and I were so close I could feel his breath on my cheek, I was starting to panic. What if he didn't like me how I liked him, what if I messed up or what if he just hated me? I could feel the tears beginning to prick my eyelids.
I hastily said 'I'll be right back.' Leaving Brad stood their with a confused look on his face, I could hear him yelling my name, but I just made a bee-line for the door, I needed some air. I found a comfy spot under a tree and sat down and sighed, still being able to hear the pumping music from inside. After a few minutes i felt someone else come and sit down beside me.

'Whats wrong Amber?'
'Its nothing.'
'Its not, I want to know, I care I really do.'
I sighed. 'Do u want me to be honest?' I turned to Brad and he nodded at me, a concerned look on his cute face. I took a deep breath in and began my speech.
'Well ever since I met you I feel like your different and I really like you and your amazing, but i don't know what to do because I don't think you like me back and you might hate me so i don't kno-'
I was cut off by a pair of lips carefully being placed against mine, then taken away again.
'Does that answer your problem Amber?'
I nodded and started smiling like a lunatic.
'Well then, I think we should get back inside don't you?' He said standing up and holding his hand out, which i took, still smiling. And i decided to ask,
'Brad how do you have the ability to make a girl so damn happy?'
'Its a gift.' He replied winking at me.
