Author's POV: Les twins have been traveling all over the world on their tour. Selling out shows in every city. In their last day of the tour, Larry noticed Laurent was exhausted. Larry went to Laurent's hotel room and called out to him. But Laurent didn't say anything. Larry continued to walk around the room; looking for Laurent. Larry found Laurent on the bathroom floor, having a seizure.
"OH MY GOD!" Larry screamed as he ran to Laurent.
Larry cried out for help. Ambulance came and took Laurent to a hospital. Larry ride along with them. Larry help Laurent's hand all the way to the hospital. Larry was forced into the waiting room. Larry's knees shake as he waited for a doctor.
An hour later, a doctor approached Larry. Larry quickly stood up and asked,
"Is Laurent alright?" "Well...did Laurent tell you about his condition?" The doctor asked. "No, what condition?" Larry asked with a confused looked on his face. "Follow me and I'll explained." The doctor said as they walked into the unit.
The doctor and Larry stood outside of Laurent's room and talked.
"Three years ago, I diagnosed Laurent with a rare type of brain cancer. He has a brain tumor the size of an orange. I asked him to tell you. But I take it he never told you." The doctor explained.
At this point, Larry was in complete shock.
"Doctor, I find that hard to believe. Laurent wouldn't lie to me. He's been fine...up until now. Are you sure?" Larry said. "Yes I'm sure. I know this must be difficult for you to hear..." The doctor replied.
Larry simply walked away from the doctor in the middle of talking. Larry walked into room and hugged Laurent. Laurent held him so tightly. The doctor followed Larry into the room.
"Larry, please listen." The doctor said.
Larry ignored the doctor and focused on Laurent.
"Are you okay?" Larry asked. "Yeah, I'm fine." Laurent confidently replied.
The doctor interrupted them and said,
"Laurent, you are not fine. The tumor is growing again. We can't seem to slow it down. At this point, the treatments aren't working. I'm sorry to say this...but you don't have as much time to live as we estimated before. I'm sorry." "WHAT?" Larry shouted with tears in his years. "Larry, I need you to calm down." The doctor said. "NO!!" Larry shouted again and attempted to help Laurent out of bed. "Larry, you can't take him out of here." The doctor demanded. "This...is...MY BROTHER! I will NOT LEAVE HIM!" Larry shouted and put Laurent's arm over his shoulder.
The doctor called security to stop Larry. Security caught Larry with Laurent in the hallway. Laurent was escorted back to his room and Larry was dragged out the hospital by security guards. Laurent called out for Larry. When Larry went back to his hotel room, he cried. Laurent cried himself to sleep.
