Larry gets a chance to date a hottie. Little does he know this hottie has a baggage.

Larry's POV:
I was exhausted and drained beyond belief from a date. This date made its way to the top of my number one list of worse dates ever. I need a drink. But I had no more money. So, I drove to Laurent's house.

When Laurent greeted me at the door, his happiness slowly faded.

"Hey! Larry, what's up?" Laurent said as he stepped aside.
"I need a drink." I simply asked.
"I got you. What you want? I got vodka, rum, tequila, whiskey...call it." Laurent offered and went to his mini bar in the kitchen.
"Rum and coke please." I asked.
"Coming right up." Laurent said with a smile.

After he was done making the drink, he joined me on the couch and handed me the drink. Once I took a sip, I realized Laurent made it extra strong.

"So, how did your date go with Taliyah?" Laurent asked.

I simply rolled my eyes at him and said,

"Worse date ever!"
"Oh, man! I gotta make another drink for me." Laurent yelled and rushed into the kitchen.
"Don't bother. I'm not telling you how it went." I said.
"Oh, come on now. This will be the highlight of my week." Laurent pleaded.

Laurent returned to the couch with his drink and said,

"Come on, man. You'll feel better."
"No." I replied and folded my arms.
"You're face is more salty than Planter's nuts." Laurent said making me smile a little.

I knew he wasn't gonna drop it. So, I gave in.

"Fine, I'll tell it. But let me warn you. This won't be pretty. I should have known better. It all started when we went to a house party." I started to explain.

The night before last, one of my friends invited me and Laurent to a house party. All our friends were there. The house was packed to the max. While Laurent and I was talking, I looked towards the front door and saw a sexy woman. Small in the waist, pretty in the face. Her skin looked like she bathed in caramel. I tapped Laurent and asked,

"Who is that? She is fine!"
"That's Taliyah." Laurent answered.
"How you know her?" I questioned.
"We work together." Laurent replied.
"You ain't trying to get with her, are you?" I questioned.
"No." Laurent said.
"Does she have a man?" I asked.
"No, I don't think so." Laurent replied.
"Good enough for me." I said and quickly moved through the crowd.

When I got to her, she was dancing in the middle of a circle. Waving her hands in the air and shaking her hips to the music. Watching her dance, turned me on. She stopped dancing and walked to the drink and snack table. I followed her.

"Are you a professional dancer?" I asked.
"No, are you a professional liar?" The woman sarcastically asked.

I chuckled and said,

"Girl, you funny. But check this out. I just had to tell you how fine you are."

She laughed and revealed such a beautiful smile. My god, this girl is bad. I thought to myself.

"Look, you cute and all. But why you tryna run game on me? If you really wanna get with me. You need to come at me like a real man." She replied and walked away.

I watched her round high booty walk out the house. I had to have her. I followed her right outside the house. She looked at me and rolled her eyes as she continued to walk.

"Excuse me. But what's up with the attitude? I ain't did nothing to you." I softly said.
"You didn't do anything. Just act like a horny dog." She replied and shook her head.
"Okay, okay. Hold up. There's a great reggae band coming to town next Friday. And I would take you out on a date. But I don't know what your name." I mentioned.
