Let the training begin - Clove

Sorry I haven't written in a while, I had really bad writers block. Are u happy that I updated?😏 anyway sorry again.
*two weeks later*

I see my suitcase half full and feel like I'm going to brake down again. Tomorrow I go to the training centre for the kids training for the games. I pack my whole wardrobe except for what I'm going to wear tomorrow and a photo of my friends and family. I wonder how Cato is going. What will the centre be like? Will I make friends?
"Honey come down for dinner" my mum calls down the stairs
"Coming" I call
This is the last time I'll be eating with them, except for the time I come home for 3 days each year. I walk downstairs, mum and dad have made my favourite. Pasta.
"It looks amazing" I exclaim
"Thank you" mum says
We sit and eat but all I can think about is tomorrow. After we finish I go up and finish packing then go to bed.

I open my eyes and put on a black top and shorts. Today is a trivial day. It will take 2 hours to get there. I grab my suitcase and put it next to the door. I grab my phone from my pocket and text Cato.
(Cl= clove and ca= Cato)
Cl- Hey u ready?
Ca- yep but nervous as hell
Cl- ha ha me to
Ca- yeah yeah see you in a bit
Cl- you to

Just then the door bell rings. I take a deep breath and open it.
"Clove Sevina" the man asks
"Yes" I answer
"We must go now say your final goodbyes" he says
I embrace my mum first, then my dad and finally them both.
"Bye mum, bye dad. Please stay strong for me I'll be back soon" I say
"We love you" my parents say in unison
"I love you to" I say and the car door closes
I turn and see someone I never thought would be here.
"Cato" I whisper
"Clove" he whispers back
I climb over to him and hug him, he hugs me back then we both start to cry.
"Shh, shh. Clove it's ok. I'm here your safe" he whispers in my ear. I feel his cold tears fall on me. We stay like this comforting each other until the driver speaks up.
"When you get there you'll take your bags be assigned a dorm with two other people" she says
"Ok will we be shown around?" Cato asks
"Yes by the people in your dorm or you can do that yourself" he answers
"Ok then" I say
"We're here" the driver says
The training centre it looks just like a house no one would suspect it. We get out and grab our bags and walk up to the door.
"Hello I'm Lyme and I will show you to your rooms" she says.
"I'm Cato" he says
"And I'm Clove" I say
"Clove I'll show you to your room first" Lyme says
"Ok" I say
We walk up the stairs and down a big, long hall way.
"Girls are on one side boys are in the other" she says
"Ok" I say
"Your room is at the end of the hall" she says
"Ok" I say and walk there.
I open the door and see two girls sitting on the bed. The run up to me.
"Hey, I'm Alexandra or Alex" one says
"And I'm Meg" the second one says.
"I'm Clove" I say
I decide I'm going to trust them.
"Here put your stuff over there and we'll show you around" Alex says
"Ok but first let me get Cato" I say
"Ok" Meg says
