I walk downstairs and I'm nearly run over by Olaf chasing a ball. I chuckle as he finally catches the runaway ball, just to bring it back to Jeremy. "Morning alpha." He says and I chuckle. "Morning Jeremy. I didn't know you liked dogs." I say and he smiles. "He's just so cute. How can you but hi l like him, or any dog for that matter." He and I smile.

I walk into the front room and Kristin grabs me. "Is Mitch okay?" She asks and I smile. "He's fine. We're going out with the rest of the council alphas and omegas, so he's picking out outfits for us." I explain and she smiles. "Oh. Okay." She says before taking a seat. "Why don't you go see if Todrick or Kevin need help packing. They are moving upstairs." I say and she looks up.

"Upstairs is for couples only." She says and I smile. "Yes. Yes it is." I say and she frowns. "Maybe one day I'll be up there." She says and I smile. "You will, but for now go see if one of the betas need help." I say and she gets up. I walk into the dining room to see the food all laid out and Todrick setting out the sugar, cream, and syrup. "Want me to call everyone down? I still haven't seen Avi or Kacy." I say and Todrick chuckles. "She's in heat." He says and I nod.

"Okay. Then I'm not going back there. Oh and when you move, don't move your beds. There is already one in there." I say and he smiles. "Okay. Thank you." He says and I smile. "Of course Todrick." I say before walking off. I run upstairs just to run into Mitch. He ran right into my chest. "We have to stop meeting like this." He says and I laugh. "Breakfast is ready love." I say and he pouts. "No. You have to eat." I say and he buries his face in my neck.

"Is there pancakes? I've grown to dislike pancakes." He says and I wrap my arms around him. "There might be waffles." I say and he makes a disgruntled noise. "Can I not?" He asks and I kiss his cheek. "I know baby, I'll think about it, but today you're eating it." I say and he pulls away. He takes my hand and we walk down the stairs. When we reach the dinning room, Mitch covers his nose.

"What's wrong?" I ask, pulling his close. "It smells like heat." He says and I nod. "Kacy is in best. I can't smell it though." I say and he moves closer to me. "That's because you only smell me." He says and I nod. "That's true." I say pulling him into my arms. "That's better." He mumbles after taking a sniff of my shirt. "Want me to get you one of my shirts?" I ask and he smiles.

"Yes please." He says and I kiss his forehead before running upstairs. I find a nice sized one before rushing downstairs. When I get there he has his face in Todrick's neck and I chuckle. "Here baby." I say and he turns to me. He takes the shirt before putting it on and leaning into my side.

"Thank you sir." He says and I kiss the top of his head. "Go get Kristin and Jeremy for breakfast." I say and he smiles before skipping off to find the pair. The three of them soon return and we all sit down at the table. Kevin says grace and I put food on Mitch's plates. I give him the eggs, the sausage, and half a waffle. He gives me a small smile before applying syrup to his waffle.

He eats it first and that's when I then turn to my food. Everyone eats silently, and when finished Kevin goes to do the dishes and Mitch goes to get cleaned up so we can leave. I head up behind him to do the same. On my way up my phone beeps with a notification. I stop to check it, and it's a calendar notification that Mitch set. It was to remind me that I'm due to swell soon.

I groan and make my way to the room. "Why'd you put my swell date in my calendar?" I ask and he turns to look at me. "More for me then you, but I thought you would want to know." He says like it's no big deal. "Mitch do you have your heat days in your calendar?" I ask and be turns away from the mirror. "Yes sir, I do. Can you please explain why this is upsetting you, because I'm confused." He says and I sigh.

"What if someone would have seen that?" I ask and he sighs. "Alpha you're freaking out for no reason! No one saw, right? So what's the problem?" He asks and I sigh. "You're right. I'm overreacting." I say before sitting down. "Come here." I say and he walks over. "Are you going to be with me?" I ask and he giggles. "I wouldn't want to be anywhere else." He says and I kiss his mark.

Swell season for an alpha is similar to heat for omegas. Ours last at max 2 days, but mine is only one. Unlike heat, swell is only twice a year, where heat is 6 times.
