Alpha And Omega

Chapter 33

Todrick and I head to the bathroom to inspect Mitch's wounds. He was whimpering the entire way there, and it really broke my heart. Once there I pull his shirt and pants off to reveal a pretty nice sized cut. Todrick goes to touch it once Mitch was safely on the counter, but baby flinched so hard he almost fell. "Baby I know it hurts, but I really need you to try and keep still. There might be glass in your cut, so we need to check before we clean you up." I explain and he nods.

Todrick checks the wound, and his pain intensifies when he starts. Mitch sits there with tears in his eyes, but he doesn't move. To be quite honest he was starting to worry me. Once Todrick concluded that there was no glass, he began to clean it I never knew Mitch had such a high tolerance for pain. The smell increased, but still he does nothing, he just sits there unmoved.

Once it was cleaned Todrick put the gauze and bandage around his midsection to keep it clean. "He should be fine and bleeding should stop soon. Don't let him do anything though, his body needs to relax so like a nap or something. I'll change the bandage before bed tonight, but if it starts to hurt really bad one of you let me know and we can go get it checked out."  He explains and I nod. "Thanks Tod." I say and he flashes a smile before leaving.

I lift Mitch off the sink and pull him into my lap. "Baby you can move now." I say softly in his ear and he physically relaxes. The smell of pain subsides some and is replaced with his normal smell. "Would you like to take a nap? Maybe join Kendell and Kyle?" I ask and he gives a small smile. "Yes please." He says softly and we both stand. I lift him up into my arms and carry him out the bathroom. We walk in the living room to see both of Mark's betas asleep on one of the couches.

I walkover to the other one and lay down. Gently I help Mitch do the same, but he was laying on my chest. I feel him kiss my chest. "I love you." he mumbles against my chest and I smile. "I love you too baby." I say and he sighs contently. At that moment both Mark and Jack come out and we look up. "Is he okay? Please tell me he's okay?" Jack asks timidly and Mark puts a hand on his shoulder. Jack gets the message and calms down a bit.

"He will be. There was no glass in it, so we cleaned it and Todrick prescribed some RandR, so that's what we're doing." I explain and Mark smiles. "Good. I'm so sorry Alex put you through this. I hope you know he didn't mean to, and he feels really bad." He explains and I smile. "Can you send him out here? I want to talk to him." I say and Mark runs off to find him. Jack sits on the floor and Mitch runs his hands through his hair.

Jack smiles and lets out a small chuckle witch makes Mitch laugh. "Your chuckle is really deep, but your laugh is a lot higher." He says and Jack smiles. "Is that a good thing or a bad thing?" he asks and Mitch smiles. "It's a cute thing." He say and Jack smiles. At that moment Alex comes walking in with a sad yet scared look on his face. "Alex I'm not going to hurt you or yell at you. Pleas calm down and come here." I say and he walks over. 

"I know what happened was an accident, please I'm not mad. I was worried in the moment so it projected as anger, but I can assure you that I'm not mad. He's okay, and that's all that matters." I say and he smiles. "So you forgive me?" He asks and Jack rolls his eyes. "Yeah he does! Stop asking silly questions." Jack says and Alex looks down. His expression turns stone cold and he looks him in the eye.

"If you hurt my brother, I will end you." He says and Jack rolls his eyes. "Why don't you worry about you non-existent alpha and leave mine alone." He retorts and Alex gasps. "That was rude!" He says and Jack stands up. "And so was treating to end me, but you don't here me crying wolf!" He says and Alex stomps off. Jack crosses his arms and sits back down. Even though he looks angry, you could smell the anxiety and fear building up. "Jack calm down. If he tells Mark, just explain what happened." Mitch say and he nods.

Sure enough Mark and Alex both come out and Mark sits in front of Jack. "He told me his side of the story, now tell me yours." Mark says and Jack sighs. "He was asking alpha Scott if he forgave him, and I was like of course he does and stop asking silly questions and he looked down at me and was like if you hurt my brother I'll end you, and I was all like worry about your invisible alpha and leave mine alone so he got offended by my comeback and he was all like that was rude and I was like so wa-" "Breath." Mark says putting a hand on Jack's shoulder. "Right." he say before taking a big breath. 

"I told him so was treating to end me, and then he ran to find you." He finishes and Mark looks to Alex, and then to me. "Is that true?" he asks and I nod. "every word." Mitch mumbles and Mark smiles. "Alex go pack your room. Alone. That's isolation. I'll check on you in an hour." He say and Alex walks off. Once Alex was out of sight Mark stood and pulled Jack up. 

"Please don't let Alex get you all riled up. He is one gigantic teddy bear, don't worry too much." He says and Mitch giggles. "I second that." He say and I kiss his head. "Go to sleep love." I say and he gives a lazy smile. "I'm on my way." He says before letting out a yarn. I star rubbing his back and soon his soft snores could be heard. Mark walks off and Jack sits back by the couch.

That was fun! Guys I'm depressed, like real talk. My tablet stopped working, and as of yesterday my phone stopped working. It still cuts on and the buttons work, the screen is just black...? I'm really hoping my mom will give me her old phone, but we shall see. For now I use computer. I love you guys and I hope you've had a better start to your week.
