Alpha And Omega

Chapter 98

He looks at the mark for a while before clearing his throat. "My apologies." He says and I smirk. "Anyways, you all can fix your plates. There's plenty for everyone." I say and the alphas fix their omega's plates. The betas wait for the alphas to finish before fixing their plates and blessing the food. Once everyone was seated Mitch, his mother, and I head to the front room.

Mitch sits right next to me and his mom sits on the chair. "How long have you two been together?" She asks and I smile. "Almost 4 years now." I say and Mitch smiles. "God you make me feel old." Mitch says and I laugh. "I'm older then you love." I say and he leans into my side. "All the more reason to feel old." He says and I laugh again. "Mitchell eat." His mother says and he frowns at the toast, the only thing left on his plate. He looks to me and I break it in half.

"Shouldn't he eat the whole thing? He's so small." She says and he looks down again. "He's the perfect size for his height. There is nothing wrong with him." I say and she nods. "I was just asking." She says and Mitch looks at me. I kiss his forehead and he smiles. "Eat a half." I whisper and he nods. He eats his half slowly, but he finishes it. He takes my plate, and then his mothers and take them to the kitchen.

"Ma'am why don't you like me?" I ask and she looks at me. "It's not that I dislike you, you're just no good for my son. He deserves better." She says and I scoff. "Not to sound rude, but what's better then an council alpha?" I ask and she frowns. "Nothing." Mitch says and I smile. "Hi baby." I say and he sits back down. "He's my favorite person in the entire world. I've never loved someone like I love him, and I only want this with him. I want to have his pups, and wake up next to him everyday. I couldn't imagine my life without him." He says and I smile.

"God why are you so amazing?" I ask and Mitch leans into my side again. "Because you allow me to be amazing." He says and I smile. "That's sweet." His mother says and I nod. "I've gotta call the other council members and let them know we won't be in." I say standing up. "Alpha can you put my phone on the charger?" He asks and I reach down for it.

He hands it over just as a text notification comes through. "Who is this?" I ask and he shrugs. "I can't see. You have my phone." He says and I look at him. "Sorry." He says standing up to look at the name. "That's Connor." He says and I hand him his phone. "Unlock it." I say and he looks at me. "It's our anniversary day." He says and I punch it in. I scroll through the text and see it's actually Connor, so I lock it.

"Alright." I say and he sits back down. I go make my calls and throw his phone on the charger, before making my way back to the living room. Mitch was sitting there by himself, half way sleep. "Hey baby, are you okay?" I ask and he looks up. "Mm still tired alpha." He says and I sit next to him. I throw my arm over his shoulder and he cuddles into my side. "Thank you." He murmurs and I smile. "Anything." I say back and he giggles softly.

He really starts to drift off to sleep, but then the rest of the pack comes in. He opens his eyes just as Kristin sits next to him. "Lets watch a movie as one big family." She says and Mitch yarns. "Have fun." He mumbles before closing his eyes again. Kristin rolls her eyes, and turns on the television. The parents come out and everyone has a seat. "What are we watching?" Avi's mom asks abs Kristin turns to her. "We haven't decided yet." She says and his mom nods.
