My mom kept talking to Mark's mom.
"Well what's happening? are they just saying hi?"
All of a sudden my moms mouth drops open.
"seriously??? Oh my god, well, okay, why not?"
"Mooom. What's happening??"
"She says that he wants to see you!! In Seoul!! NEXT WEEK!!!"
"WHAT??? MOM!!!" She has to be joking.
"We have to go!! I'll book our flight tomorrow!! Let me say goodbye to Kim. "
"But mom, your job? You have to tell them!!"
"Yeah. Yes, we can go. Okay. Alright, bye!!" Mom hangs up, and then she starts cheering.
"Who cares? Boss will take it easy on me, he knows I haven't been on vacation in years!!" She laughs.
"And tell Miya to start packing!"
Then, right there, we were celebrating for our trip to Korea.
