I shivered as I walked into the hospital knowing I'd be here giving birth in the next month, Joe grabbed my hand reassuringly. And I remembered why we were here our two best friends were shot and wounded, I held the leash tigger, Judy said it'd be a good idea to let Riley see him she's been worried, Joe split to go see Alec and I walked towards Riley's room. "Sarah?" She asked as I walked into the room,

"Riley," I gasped hugging her Bentley jumped onto his bed his paw wrapped in a cast,

"Oh Bentley how are you doing?" She asked he wagged his tail, "When do I get outta here so you can get in?" She asked observing my full stomach,

"I'm so nervous," I said sitting on the end of the bed,

"It'll be okay," she said

"We get to move in the day they let you out," I sang happily

"That's exciting, and you like it?"

"Yeah I do, and he put it so cheap,"

"Yeah, have you heard anything about Alec?" Riley asks,

"He's doing good, he might get out before you,"

"That bastard," I laughed

"Has?"

"Adam been in? Yeah he has and we broke up,"

"Oh I'm sorry Riles,"

"That's okay we were both cheating and everything so...."

"Well congrats," I say

"For what?"

"Getting into Stanford, and getting rid of Adam,"

"Oh yeah thanks," she petted Bentley,

"He cries all day and night," I say

"Really?"

"Yeah he has separation anxiety badly,"

"Oh poor doggy I wish he could stay with me,"

"I'll ask the doctor if you like?"

"Sure thanks," Riley says

"Okay I'll text you love you,"

"I love you too." And then I leave.

Sarah came back with Bentley's stuff later on the doctors said he could stay with me, it's so boring in here and I'm excited to hear I get to leave soon. "Miss Devin?" I heard a rough voice ask,

"Yes come in," I say,

"Hi I'm officer Charles I'll be working on your case,"

"Hi," I say he shakes my hand,

"Do you mind if I stay and ask a few questions?"

"Sure," I say it's not like I'm doing anything,

"Can I see those photos?" I look up the photos and hand them to him,

"Do you know any of these people,"

"I know the girl and the guy on the right,"

"Can I get names?"

"The girl is Tiana Clandestine and the guy is Toby Sameson,"

"And you said you got this on voice recording?,"

"No I do remember though,"

"Okay do you and the other victim mind coming down tomorrow?"

"No probably, oh and you should probably know his name is Alec Rinder," Officer Charle leaves and a few days later I'm let out.
