But before we formally open the AVC TOWER , may I ask everyone first to help me welcome the owner and currently running the ChanCorp Empire, LADIES AND GENTLEMEN LET US WELCOME ... MADAM CHAIRWOMAN ALYSSA VALDEZ CHAN together with her Children HERMES STEPH VALDEZ CHAN and ATHENA ALYSHA VALDEZ CHAN... a big hand please."

A Girl wearing a Dazzling lacy closed neck Silver fitted long gown with her red shining stiletto walking in the aisle with full of grace and pride with two angels beside her.

Tumayo ang lahat at napuno ng palakpakan ang buong paligid.

Alyssa:
"Thank you so much for the very warm welcome. You may all take your seats.

AVC TOWER is supposedly a wedding anniversary gift of my late husband SEÑOR STEPHEN CHAN to me. Sadly he cannot celebrates with us today because he passed away last year at a very young age due to heart disease. But even he is not here today I know and I'm sure that he is very happy...( insert teary eyes here)..... because when he still alive , we both dream of having a neighbors....We both dream in living in a safe and beautiful haven, let us say PARADISE.

Living in a Paradise is everybody's dream home so we are bringing you here the AVC TOWER where you can experience and enjoy the so called PARADISE.

Nagsitayuan at nagpalakpakan ang mga tao and flashes of camera is everywhere....

"Beshie congratulations."

"Ate congratulations"

Bati namin kay Alyssa. Wow. Hindi parin ako makapaniwala na ganito na pala kayaman ang beshie namin, although aware kami na mayaman na nga sila pero hindi ko iniexpect na ganito ka over-over ang yaman niya.

Aly:
"Thanks beshies and babies."

"Anak hindi nyo ba kami ipakilala sa kaibigan nyo." singit sa amin ng Daddy ni Beadel kasama nya din ang mga daddy nina Denden, Beadel, Gretch and dito din si daddy.

Beadel:
"Dad, matagal na kayong magkakilala." at talagang inirapan pa nya ang daddy nya, loka talaga ang babaeng ito.

Aly:
"Hi po Tito. Kumusta po kayo? namiss ko po kayo. Lalo kayong gumagwapo ah, mukhang lalong lumalago ang business natin ah..." yumakap naman si Aly sa mga daddy at nagbeso. Para paring bata kung umasta .

Den's Dad:
"Hahahah... You really never change iha... I mean madam."

Aly:
"Tito naman, just call me how you all used to call me in the past. Ako parin naman toh."

Bea's dad:
"So iha, how long you were planning to stay here in the Philippines? Are you staying here for good."

Aly:
"No Tito. I have a lot things to do in the US considering that the main office of ChanCorp is there but perphaps I will be staying here for a months it was because I'm planning to expand and improve some of our businesses here."
