After a while, Chief King called Jones and Marie to his office and he said, "I'm still waiting for your report on Officer Dunkn's murder you two."

Jones then broke out into a sweat and said to him, "Well, you see chief Harry broke down and stormed off when we told him Ed was bent and we're sort of stuck at the moment."

King then went cross-eyed when he heard what Jones told him and exclaimed to them, "This is a serious accusation! I hope you're not taking it lightly!"

Going for the fact that Officer Landry won't cooperate, King assigned them back to the river to look for anything else the killer may have dropped besides the gun that killed Officer Dunkin. Once they saluted him and left the office, King stopped Jones and asked him to stay behind a little bit.

King then creased his eyes with worry and asked him, "How is she doing so far Jones?"

"Marie seems to be doing just fine chief. But back when we were at the river, I noticed she had finger bruising on her and I sent the pictures to Grace to get them looked at," Jones explained and King sighed in relief and told him him good work and sent him off to catch up with his partner.

Once Jones was gone, King took a photo out of his desk drawer and looked at it. He then out a small smile on his face and said to himself, "If she really is your granddaughter, then I bet she has little bit of your strength too."

Meanwhile at the river, Jones and Marie donned on their wetsuits and they dove into the water and started to swim down. When they dove down further, Marie reached out and grabbed a broken surveillance camera and she swam back up to the surface with Jones following and they both broke the water's surface.

Marie then held up the broken camera to her face to get a better look at it and she saw that it was one of the subway's cameras once she saw the station's name.  After they exited the water and put their clothes back on, Jones said, "Normally I would laugh at anyone who would take one of those cameras. That subway's system hasn't been renovated in years and I doubt those cameras don't transmit any good feed."

Marie then looked at him and said, "Well if it fell in the river, chances are the killer would show up on the tape after I fixed it." And Jones smiled and thought, I don't know what I would do without her.

Soon, the two of them headed back to the station. Once they got back, Marie sat at her desk and began putting the camera back together. When the camera was put back together, Marie sent it to Alex to get it analyzed. After the camera was dropped off, Marie and Jones decided to have a little break while they were waiting.

Meanwhile, Ginger arrived at the Blue Flamingo and asked the receptionist if she can talk to Marconi. Once she was lead to the back, she knocked on the office door and a voice told her to enter. When she entered the office, Marconi looked up from his work, smiled and said, "Hello there Gingy. I wasn't expecting you here."

Ginger then put on a serious face and told Marconi that they needed to have a talk. She then crossed her arms over her chest and said to him, "I met that female officer you're holing up Tony. What in the world are you doing to her?!"

Marconi got up from his desk and was in front of Ginger and said to her, "I'm just giving her the same love I give you Gingy. She'll get used to it in a few months."

Ginger then went cross as he walked back to his desk and took a seat. She then slammed her hands on the desk and asked him, "Don't you even care that she's keeping it a secret from her friends in the police?!" And Marconi just waved it off as if saying he didn't care.

Ginger then began explaining that Marie is now solving a case on one of the officers in the police department that just got murdered. Marconi then placed a cigarette in his mouth and was about to light it when he asked, "So who's the guy who kicked the bucket? Was it Samuel King?"
