Monday, July 20

Ariana Grande

"I'll miss you, Ari." Alexa says.

"I'll miss you too, Lexi." I wrap my arms around her and we hug for like 10 minutes.

"Ariana, we're gonna be late. She's taking us to the airport." Justin says.

I pull away from Alexa and go to my mom.

"Bye, mommy. I love you."

"I love you too. Stay safe."

"I will." I hug her then Frankie.

"I'll see you soon, little sis. And remember what I told you. No more babies until you're at least 21."

"You never told me that."

"But I did now, so listen."

"Umm, okay. Bye Frankie." I giggle and follow Justin and Alexa out the door.

"Ready to go back home, Ari?" Justin says when we get in the car.

"Duh. Or else we would be staying here." I play with Jaycee in the backseat until we get to the airport.

"Bye again, Alexa." I hug her one last time before we walk inside.

7 Hours Later: 7:00 pm

"Justin, Ariana! You're back!" Jazmyn yells.

"Yes, we're back, Jazzy." Justin says as she wraps her arms around him.

"I missed you."

"We missed you too. Now can we go upstairs?"

"Fine. But don't blame me if I come to bother you." She says.

"I will." I walk upstairs and feed Jaycee then change her diaper and put her in her crib.

"Goodnight, princess." I lean down and kiss her forehead then walk into my room.

"Apparently, my mom and Austin went to Wyoming for 'business' and will not be back until Wednesday." Justin says when I walk in.

"Oh. Good for them, I guess." I shrug.

"You're tired aren't you?"

"Yeah. I just want to sleep." I climb into bed and he lays next to me.

"Your wish is granted, angel."

6 Hours Later

I hear something in the hallway and sit up immediately. Justin isn't in bed, or anywhere in the room for that matter.

I stand up and stretch then walk into the hallway. Justin closes the door to Jaycee's room and start walking back to the room when he sees me.

"God, Ariana, you scared me. What are you doing up?"

"I don't know. I guess it was you in the hallway. Did she wake up?"

"No, actually. She was asleep."

"So why are you up?"

"I heard something downstairs. I was just checking on the kids."

"Oh. Did you find anything?"

"No. Everything's okay. Come on." He takes my hand and we walk downstairs.

"Where are you taking me?"

"Outside. I want to show you something." He unlocks the front door and we walk outside.

"Look up." He lifts my chin to the sky and I see the stars.
