"Damn, girl, you must be rich! This house is off the chain!" Bianca said as she walked in. She was there to pick me up for the basketball game. Mia was going and I didn't mind riding with her, but I'd already made plans with Bianca.
"Not me, my aunt." I told her as we walked up to my room. "You are killing that outfit, by the way!" She wore a cream colored low cut sweater, which looked absolutely gorgeous against her mocha skin, and a pair of black skinny jeans. Knee high black boots, with a cream colored base and fur at the top, brought it all together perfectly. Her shoulder length hair was in loose curls and perfectly framed her pretty face.
It was fifteen minutes after five and I was still in a robe. The game didn't start until six, and the boys wouldn't play until the girls finished, so I wasn't worried about missing anything. Mia, a former basketball player, was going to watch both games, so she had already left. She'd loaned me a pair of boots and a purse to wear with my outfit for the night and threatened me with bodily harm if anything happened to either.
"Love the makeup, Jazzy. You look great!" Bianca complimented me.
"Thanks, my aunt did it for me. Let me go get dressed. Make yourself comfortable." I said before going in to my bathroom. I'd already taken my shower and Mia did my makeup and put my hair in a wavy ponytail, so all I had to do was get dressed. I put on a black, off the shoulders long sleeve shirt that hugged my body and a pair of drawstring camouflage pants that made my booty look awesome. I walked back into my room and sat on my bed so I could put my things in the cute black bag Mia loaned me.
"Bianca, can you pass me those boots?"
"Oh my god! Jasmine, where did you get these?" She looked as if she was holding the Holy Grail.
"My aunt loaned them to me, and this bag, for tonight." I answered, not completely sure why she was so amazed. She looked at the purse and had to have a seat.
"Jasmine, these are Jimmy Choo's! That is a $300 purse and those are $800 boots!" She yelled. "Who the hell is your aunt?"
"You can meet her at the game." I laughed as I stuffed the bottom of my pants into the calf high boots. No wonder Mia threatened me if anything happened to her things. I finished accessorizing and we left the house. It only took about fifteen minutes to make it back to the school and another ten to find a parking space. As soon as we walked into the gym, the buzzer sounded for halftime. I saw Mia and started walking in that direction.
"Well, don't you two look gorgeous?" She smiled as she stood up to hug me.
"Thank you! And thanks for letting me wear your Jimmy Choo's. Nothing will happen to them, I promise." I laughed.
"Better not!"
"This is my friend, Bianca. Bianca this is my aunt." I introduced them. Bianca looked like she was about to pass out.
"But you're...you're..." She stuttered.
"Hey Mia!" Isaiah walked up and kissed her on the cheek. He looked at Bianca and asked me what was wrong with her.
"Bianca, breathe! What's going on?" I was so confused.
"You're Mia...."
"You can just call me Mia. Nice to meet you." She smiled sweetly, extending her hand. Bianca quickly took it and didn't seem to want to give it back.
"Ooookay then." I said as I pried Mia's hand out of Bianca's.
"You came to see me break some ankles?" Zay said to Mia.
"Of course!" She laughed. Marcus and Tim walked over and Isaiah introduced them as his boys and Mia as my aunt.
"It is a pleasure to meet you!" Marcus said, kissing the back of Mia's hand instead of shaking it, and making us all laugh.
