"Mayday mayday! This is Private Phillip First Class from the Combatant Federation! My ship has been shot down and I am it's only survivor!"

Kaitlyn looked at the vent again, then the hospital beds full of the dead bodies of the clones, their grotesque remains and all. Her eyes darted around the room, as if she was a wolf looking for her lost prey.
I need to find the cure for whatever this is... she thought to herself.
She looked towards the back of the room and spotted a stray medical kit. Looking around her, she took caution as to dart as fast as she could towards the valuable piece of inventory. Grabbing it, she unlatched both of the safety clamps and opened it up to find an adrenaline pen, some bandaids, a rusty saw, and more nude magazines.
Men, she thought to herself.
She grabbed the whole kit and ran back to Daniel's now weakened body. She uncapped the pen and slammed it right into his chest, allowing the substance to surge through his body.
Hopefully this will slow down the infection, she thought to herself.
Daniel's body spasmed, then lay flat. His body, now laying limp, looked almost peaceful.
"Shit," Kaitlyn muttered to herself, putting her head to his chest. "His heart is still beating... thank God."
She grabbed his arms and threw him over her shoulder, then looked around the room.
The medical desks were all destroyed, claw marks covering their outer selves as if they were the original wood finish. Pens, pencils, and papers were strewn about one of the desks, regarding one abnormal side-effect with one of the clones' genitalia. Most of the desks were simply in tatters, save for a titanium desk at the back-end of the room. There, a locked drawer lay in full-view, shining like the aura of God.
This must be it! Kaitlyn exclaimed to herself.
She carefully trudged towards the desk, attempting to prevent rousing-up anymore physical ailments that were affecting her partner, Daniel. She looked at her revolver that lay holstered on her side and carefully lay him down on the ground. Then, she grabbed the firearm and aimed it at the lock, forcing her aim steady.
Bang!
Cling-clang!
It lay there on the floor, precariously tempting Kaitlyn into the drawer, which was awash in a holy glow.
Come. Touch my nest! Tempt my fruits of labor.
She looked around, eyes watching her left hand slowly move and open the drawer.
The glow went afoul with a crimson aura.
Kaitlyn's eyes turned black.

Daniel's eyes fluttered open to reveal a circumstance most odd.
Floating pillars of purple rock danced in the horizon as the fluffy clouds above were in few number. The grass shined the healthiest of all greens, tempting the creatures around it to reap its benefits. And these creatures were of a most magnificent order, representing the absolutely beautiful of their kind. Lions, tigers, gazelle, deer, wolves, and other animals acted naturally under the surreal star that illuminated the earth. A valley to his right was full of horses that were grazing. As a lion approached, they looked up and ran away.
The floating pillars were somewhat ominous, calling upon Daniel with a soothing voice most peculiar. He was... interested.
Come. Listen to our whim.
He took a slow step, contemplating his decision to do so.
The grass is soft and lush. Fear not.
He took another step.
That's it. Calm and peace. Take another step.
He took another step, this time taking a deep breath and delicately cocking his head over to the pillar he was walking to.
One more step, child.
He took one more step.
That's it. You... are curious of this place, aren't you?
Daniel nodded slowly, looking upon the inscriptions on the pillar.
You have a path ahead of you that you are unprepared for, Marked. You must learn how to survive just like these creatures before you.
"What is a marked?" he asked intently.
A Marked is a being who was blessed with one of the sacred artifacts.
Daniel paused.
"Those... artifacts weren't sacred. They were created by the Martians to be used against the Homo'Taurus."
They weren't created by the Martians. Those artifacts are full of the embodiment of each previous incarnation of the Universe. Whoever has one in possession gains the knowledge of the past Eternal Gods. You have the eldest within you.
"Who is the eldest?"
I am, Vykash the Zealot. You artifact is the oldest and the most courageous. It lets me take control so I may offensively defend you. You remember what you did with those ships back at the military compound before you friends were... killed?
"That... was you?" Daniel asked in disbelief. His mind started to race while he slowly started to physically comprehend what his body did.
I will teach you how to hone the abilities I have granted you.
Daniel paused for a moment. He didn't know for sure if he could trust the being, or eldest, that was in his body and mind. The eldest did help save Kaitlyn and the twins, until the ship crashed and the twins... well...
"When do we start?' Daniel reluctantly asked.
Now.
Two pillars burst through the ground in front of Daniel with complete flair. Looking towards their peaks, Daniel closed his eyes, legs glowing a pure holy light, jumping up to the top of one, then vaulting to the other as more pillars appeared out of the ground.
