"On the count of three..."

"One."   "Two."   "THREE!!"

I ran up the hill laughing.  Jeremy was ahead but I was on his heel. "You'll never catch up to me!!" He yelled over his shoulder.  I continued running although I was out of breath. "Yay!!" He cheered as he made it to the top of the hill. I stopped at the top of the hill and bent over to catch my breath. "Ugh. I. Hate. Running." I panted. "You alright babe?" He asked. "I need a kiss to make it better." I said with a puppy dog face. He walked towards me and I ran and jumped on to him. He couldn't catch his balance and we both fell to the ground laughing.  "I still want that kiss though." I said winking. He kissed me slowly and gently.  I closed my eyes a minute and brought a finger to my lip savoring the kiss. I got off of him and we sat side by side on the grass and just talked the rest of the night.
