I'm lost on a one-way elevator
There's only down
Down
Down
The tiny room makes sense
I guess
But I don't know what I'll see when I hit the ground
Where I'll be when I hit the ground
I don't know who I am now
I'm a mess
I've lost all my progress
In distress
Where's my knight in shining armor
I digress
No reward, incentive; alone in this
The cold nights do get warmer
With a dragon overhead
If only I had to fight
A dragon instead
Elevator down
Down
Down
Where am I?
Who am I?
My stomach in my throat
I must note
That I got on this stupid elevator
Without asking why
Why
Why
Me myself and I
Stuck in a downward spiral
To the center of the earth
I wish I was worth
The trouble
I'm in.
