Jace heard his name several times in the darkness forcing him to wake up.

He woke up.

He gazes up at Kalen and sat up slowly. His head throbbed of pain but ignored.

He shook her. "Kalen!" He shouted.

"Take out the bullet!" Aaron barked from behind.

He squeezed his eyes shut and touched her bloody stomach. The bullet was far in. He looked around the cell. He found a tweezers that lay in the corner of the cell.

"I found tweezers!" He announced as faced Kalen once more. Jace never took a bullet out but this was Kalen. No one else. Gingerly, he put the tweezers and and grabbed the bullet the first try. Once he got it out, Kalen screamed in pain but as quick as it came, it went away.

He turned around and Aaron gave him a hopeful smile. "Good job, man."

Everyone sighed in relief.

Kalen woken with decreasing pain. She opened her eyes slowly as an anxious Jace looked at her.

"Jace." She breathed. Her heart pounded out of her chest. She could smell Jace's scents. Cologne and faint peppermint.

"Kale!" He hugged her carefully then pull back.

"How did you get in here?" She whispered.

Jace sighed and told everyone. A moment of silence was reached. He looked at the chains binding her ankles and wrists. Now he regretted everything he said about becoming a vampire. If he was one... He could becoming a hero.

She gazed down at her wound which had stopping bleeding.

"Are you ok?" She asked, too weak to touch him. Her arms felt like heavy gold.

Jace nodded. "Just little bump. "He told her, touching her cheek, softly. Her bracelet was still on, but bloody. Then, he gave her his wrist. "You need it." He told her seriously.

Kalen's fang came out and bite his soft skin. She felt the blood trickle down her throat in a sweet sensation. She pulled back and Jace took his wrist back.

"Better?" He asked softly, as he watched her fangs go back in but blood was running down her chin. He lifted up his sleeve then wiped her chin.

Kalen smiled. "Thank you." She whispered.

Jace nodded and put his forehead to hers. Their breaths mingled in warmth. "Im sorry." His hand reached up and stroked her blood ridden hair.

"Its ok." She responded and they kissed. It was soft and gentle but nothing like this before. She felt true love.

He pulled back. "I love you."

She smiled. "I love you too."

Aaron cleared his throat. "Uh.. Guys.. I appreciate the love moment but we kinda have to get out of here. " Aaron was jealous by the love Jace and Kalen shared. He knew he would never get her. Only he wished it more then life itself.

Jace stood up, his head healed by Kalen. He didnt even notice. "I agree." His gaze travelled back to Kalen. She was looking 10x times better them before.

Dustin joined the leader back in triumph. He bow his head, cautiously.

"Did you bring the boy to the cells?"

Dustin nodded.

"With Kalen?"

Dustin looked up this time. "Yes. "

The Leader turned his back and made his way back to the throne and sat down. His fingers grazed the gold platings. "That human is useless. Theres much he can do with 3 bloodsucking demons and werewolves blessed by the moon." He said grimly.

Dustin grinned evilly. "Theres no way , they can get out."

The Leader nodded in return. "Indeed." He turn his gaze to the others standing in order and file at the back of the room. "Guard the dungeon. " he ordered and they left the room.

Landon had finally woken up. Awakened. The land had changed much since he was alive but now that would change.

He stood up, tipsy like a drunk. He swayed like a tree in the window.

With the new land, came his wolf. He shifted with easy and painlessly. His wolf, blended in with the blackest of night. He howled into the night as he made his way pass the school and deeper into the forest.

He'd made his way to the clearing, where he stood in the middle. He heard the chatter of students which meant he had have to do this quickly.

He bolted a strong howl, vibrating the forest. As if in a trance, students walked towards him, copying his golden eyes. These students had werewolf genetics in them and from what he had gathered, he would have enough to wipe this school of the map.

"Today, we will take over this school and regain our werewolf pride!" He shouted amidst the students. "Werewolf's are children of the moon which mean we will have the upper hand. "

Students cheered, pumping their fists in the air.

"Then we are clear?" He said looking at the crowd.

The students shouted in respond.

Renee paced back and forth, her mind deep in thought.

Amelia rose up from the couch. "If James is reincarnated and if Landon has returned then..."

Jacob looked up. "Then this means war."

Renee stopped mid step. "What about us? James basically created this clan with Kayden and we don't even have him!"

Amelia looked at Renee. "Exactly. The witch he made a pact with now he's screwing off us!" She shouted.

Bennet was the last to stand after his brother. "Then we need to visit our lovely witch, Elena."

Everyone nodded in agreement. "Then we go. See what she has to say."

Within seconds, they bolted out of the door and into the deep forest. They heard the voice of Landon. Now forever awakened. They quickly ran past the crowd and past the graveyard to the lake. It was shimmering like glitter on the tips of the surface.

"Elena!" Bennet shouted.

"Elena!" Jacob called as he looked around frustrated.

Amelia rubbed her forehead, looking around the forest. Thats when she saw her. Raven dark hair and pale blue eyes. She walked to them, her black dress trailing behind her.

"Elena!" Renee spoke with exciement.

Elena smiled at the gathering of the Triaxis Clan. "Children, its good to see you again."

Jacob and Bennet bowed towards her, showing her the sharp fangs. When they rose up, Elena only smiled warmly.

"What brings the Triaxis Clan to me on this late night?" She asked sitting down near the lake.

Jacob sat besides his brother who sat next to Amelia then to Renee. "A war is coming."

Elena gasped quietly. "A war?" She repeated.

Renee nodded slowly. "Revenge on Landon. Apparently James has other ideas. His son is still with us but James Im afraid not. It seems pride has swallowed him up whole."

Elena nodded as she listened intently. "James and Landon at war? Thats insanity. What about Mrs. Kalini?"

Renee rubbed her head. "The Hunting school is now human free. The secret is out. "

Jacob and Bennet looked at each other then glanced back at Elena. "Landon has awakened the genetics of his werewolves. Though I don't think James has an army... Mostly made up of hunters."

Amelia sighed. "Whats even worst is that we also have Kalen Summers in this equation."

Elena raised her eyebrow. "Kalen Summers? I assume she is the enemy?" Her voice raised ever slightly.

Renee glared at Amelia then to Elena. "Shes an ever growing vampire changed by Kayden. Shes getting powerful everyday. "

Elena sighed. "Ah, I see. Kalen. Shes the one is passing the Triaxis ability of itself. " Her eyes blazed gold then an angelic white.

"Elena." Jacob interrupted.

Elena shushed him and he became quiet. She closed her eyes, breathing in the ocean air. Her eyes closed.

"I see blood. I see bars. I see concrete floors. " she murmurs. "There are two people in this cell. One with flowing red blood hair and chains." She paused relaxing with the calming lake near here. "James is in the area. I can feel it."
