"You know, you don't have to do this..." Drew mumbled as he handed me a walkie talkie.

"I know. But I kinda have to, you know? Zayn almost got killed. That means that the killer will be back for him. I gotta do this now before anyone else gets hurt."

"I know, I just..." He sighed as his eyes dropped to the floor. "I just don't want you to get hurt, is all. You're my best friend. My only friend, for that matter."

I chuckled softly as I pulled him into a tight hug. "Don't worry. I'm not leaving anytime soon."

"Hey..." I heard a raspy voice say as a hand touched my shoulder.

I spun around to face Harry who was rubbing the back of his neck nervously. I bit my lip nervously as I stared down at my feet

"Can we talk?"

I glanced over at Drew who just nodded slightly as he walked past us and into the large cabin where the others were.

"What's up?" I asked, trying to be casual but failed when my voice cracked at the end.

"Just...I don't know. Ever since you came here, this place has been h*ll. Not that I regret you coming. I guess you helped me make friends with Drew and Niall. You also made me realize what a b*tch Layla really was.

I just...you've changed my life in only a few weeks. I don't even know how that's possible, you know? I don't want you to get hurt out there, is what I'm trying to say. I mean, maybe this was all a bad idea. Maybe we should just all stick together."

"How to survive a horror movies 101!" Drew yelled at us from inside, making my eyes roll.

"I'll be ok, Harry. I promise." I lied right through my teeth.

I didn't know what was gonna happen out there. But I suddenly got thinking about what Zayn had said to me. That I shouldn't die or let Harry die without us telling each other how we felt.

"Yeah but what if you're not?" He asked as he ran a shaky hand through his hair. "What if you get hurt? Or worse? It'll be my fault. I couldn't-"

I cut him off by standing on my tippy toes and pressing a quick kiss to the corner of his mouth.

"I promise." I spoke softly, making him nod reluctantly with wide eyes full of shock.

"Just talk to me through the walkie talkie, ok? If you don't feel safe, tell us to unlock the door."

I nodded with a small smile as Niall jogged out to us. I turned to him to find him eating a banana. Of course.

"You ready, Hazel?" He asked before taking a big bite out of his snack.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I answered with a small sigh.

Niall just nodded and walked back inside, telling everyone to get ready. I began walking down the porch steps when Harry grabbed my hand. I turned around with wide eyes.

"Be careful out there, virgin."

A smile spread across my face as I gave him a curt nod. "Sure thing, curly."

I jumped down the small flight of steps and wondered off over the grass. I heard the cabin door shut and lock behind me, making me slightly uneasy.

I glanced back over my shoulder to see Harry peering out at me through a window with a face full of worry and sadness. I inhaled deeply as I turned back around and walked a good distance away from the cabin.

"What's good in the hood, fam? This is the N-slice, over." Niall called from the staticky walkie talkie, making me laugh to myself.

"Hello N-slice, this is H dawg, over." I giggled as the static filled the silent air around me.
