Chapter 16 | A Lot of Bad News

Reader POV

Today sucks right now. Why? Because Blake is leaving cause her father says its dangerous, mostly when she got akumatized. I hug her from behind & anime cry

"I'm gonna miss you! Your my third best friend!"

"Third? Who's your first & second?"

"Zwayne then Adrien (totally friend zoned)." she laughed & petted my head

"I promise to come back in a couple months, probably. Do me a favour & keep an eye on my loved, & when Chloe comes near him, knock her flat on her ass."

"Of course I will, we all will. Adrien probably won't but the other four of us will!"

"Hey!"

"Dude, its true." Nino said as he put his hand on Adrien's shoulder, Adrien began to sulk

"I know." we all laugh at him, we gave Blake a group hug before she left. We are currently in class & I was sitting next to Zywane, who was quiet

"I'm gonna miss her..." I pat his shoulder, he looks at me & I grin "Why are you grinning?"

"Meh, but I know Blake wouldn't want you to sulk around so, chin up & wait for her to come back. No matter how long it takes!" he chuckled & straightened up his glasses

"Okay I will!"

"Good." as the lesson went on, everything was pretty fine. The bell had rung & we all went to have lunch, Chloe hadn't disturbed any of us so my lunch was pretty fine

Today was finally going my way... that was until english class happpened. No it wasn't Chloe, it was fine at first, that was when someone came to the door

"Can I have [Y/N] Kaige please? Its really important." everyone in the classroom looks at me, the teacher nods her head

"Alright, [Y/N] please come, & bring your stuff too." I raise an eyebrow but go with all my stuff, I follow the man I knew, his name was Johann, & he lid me to his car

"Johann? Where are we going?" he glances at me with a saddened look "What is it?"

"Y-Your father... he had an accident." my heart dropped at that "He's in the hospital right now."

"W-What happened to him?! What's his condition?! I-Is he going to be okay?! I-I need to know Johann!"

"Calm down [Y/N]! I don't exactly know what happened to your father but, once we get there we'll find."

"Then step on it!" he kinda did, I was sitting in the back & was scared out of my mind. Ame had appeared & sat on my shoulder while hugging my cheek, trying to calm me down

"Your father is going to be fine [Y/N], just calm down." then the car stopped, I look out the window & see the hospital. I rush out of the car & into the building, I ask where my father is & once they told me I ran to his room

I finally found him & I put my hand to my mouth, he was covered in bandages, tubes were in his body & the heart machine thing was beeping slowly. I was let in & I rush to his side

"Oh dad... please wake up. Please, please wake up. I can't bare to see you leave my side *sniff* I don't wanna be alone. Your the last family member I love & care about, y-you promised me you wouldn't leave... you p-promised..." I felt the tears stream out of my eyes "You promised...!"

"[Y/N]--" I cut Ame off when I heard the heart monitor stop beeping

"N-No... no!" I ran over to it while Ame floated to my father "Don't stop! Please don't stop!"

"[Y/N]..." I turn & look at Ame, he had teary eyes "I don't wanna say it but... he's gone." I fell onto my knees & leaned against the bed

"Fuck... not my dad... my daddy." my tears weren't stopping from falling from my eyes so I cried my eyes out. Ame came around & hugged my forehead

"Its alright, please stop crying. This isn't like you." soon enough he stopped hugging me & floated away, he later came back with a letter "It was by your father." I take it from him & read through it

'Dear [Y/N],

To my sweetest little girl, I love you with all my heart but I'm sorry to say this but... I'm dying. I didn't want to tell you cause I know I would have put you through more pain. I leave all our fortune, even your mother's, with you. I know your not gonna like this part but, your sister is going to have to look after you until your older.

P.S - Please be a good girl & be nice to her, & look out for her too.

My jaw hung open, she's going to have to look after me? Before anything could happen, I notice a picture. I pull it out & see it was a picture of when I was younger & when my mother was alive. We looked so happy, I flip it over & on the back it said

PPS - Look after this picture for me, would ya?

That did it, I threw it in the air as I fainted. The last thing I saw was people rushing over to me as I hit the floor

Well, today is officially the worst day of my entire life
