Chapter 29 | That Scar

Reader POV

We had finally made it to the beach & once the sun hit my skin, it felt fucking fantastic. Alya, Marinette & I went to change while the boys did the same, as we came out Mari was wearing a black & red polka dot bikini. Alya was wearing a black bikini with white shorts & he hair was tied into a ponytail

We all walk out & we see the boys, we wave at them & smirk when they blush. Adrien put a mat down & sat down, he pat the ground & I sat down. I get the picnic basket & as I open it, flying out of it was Ame with a strawberry in his mouth

"Ame?! What were you just eating?!"

"If I told you, you'll be mad!"

"What did you eat?"

"The strawberry cake."

"Ame!"

"Hey! You know I eat strawberries to stay energized so its your own fault." my eye twitched a little, Adrien laughed & I sighed. I pull out the food I brought & set it out, so did Alya & Nathaniel

We all ate & happily chat together, Nathaniel pulled out his sketch book & started to draw. He would glance up every five seconds before looking down, when he was done he showed it to us

"You drew us?"

"This is amazing!"

"Hey [Y/N], what's that over there on your stomach?" Nino poked my stomach which made me laugh, I look down & see a bit of the stitches. I take the white jumper off & the scar that Marinette gave me (as Lady Misfortune) was able to see clearly

"Its pretty cool but it hurts like hell!"

"It still hurts?!"

"Lets stop complaining & go into the water." they all agree with me & we jump into the water, I float on my back & felt something touch my stomach, where my scar is. I open my eyes & see Adrien poking it, his lower half of his face was underwater while his eyes were staring at my scar "What are you doing?"

"Its really cool..." I chuckle, he started to float back with me & the two of us were just relaxing together watching the clouds go by. Adrien suddenly gets up & pushes me underwater, I resurface & was gasping for air

"What the hell bro?!"

"I thought it'd be funny!" he starts laughing but I crack my knuckles & shove him into the water, he struggles under my grasp but finally I let him go & he gasps for a lot of air! "Why?!"

"Payback bitch!" we look over & see Alya on Nino's shoulders while Nathaniel was on Marinette's, & he was blushing a lot. They were playing chicken & Nathaniel was actually winning "Go Nathaniel!"

"Go Alya! You can do it!" in the end, Alya did win & Adrien was smirking the entire time

"Hey [Y/N], since your practically a fish, can you breath underwater in this form?"

"I don't know, can I Ame?" him, Tikki & Plagg sit on my head & he nods his head

"Yes you can." I clap my hands

"Time me!" & I was underwater

Third Person POV

Alya had her phone out & was timing it, the top of her head was above water cause the three Kwami's were still sitting on her head

"Its been past a 2 minutes."

"Told you so she could." they all watched as she stayed underwater for a very... long time, soon enough bubbles appeared in the water & [Y/N] shot up

"I think I fell asleep!" they face palm "& I think some water got in my nose!" then they started to laugh, they all get out of the water & decide to play beach volleyball. [Y/N], Alya & Nathaniel in one team while Adrien, Nino & Marinette in one

"Is that fair, two heroes vs 1? That isn't fair!"

"I may not be that strong like Ladybug, but I know I can kick Chat's ass!" Alya & Nathaniel raise an eyebrow & nod

"I'm fine then."

"Hey!"

"Lets get going!" Alya served the ball & Marinette hit it back, only for Nathaniel to hit it back over. Nino hit it to Adrien who spiked it, but Alya & [Y/N] blocked it, so it went back over to they're side & no one caught it

"Point to Alya's team." Plagg announced "Nino's team, 0."

"Don't rub it in cat!" he only poked his tongue at Nino, who growled. Marinette hit it over to Alya's side a little to hard cause it hit Nathaniel in the face, making him get a nosebleed & his face go red

"Omigod I am so sorry Nathaniel! are you okay?!" he puts a thumbs up, then it falls & makes Marinette even more worried. She pulled him out of the game so it was just [Y/N] & Alya vs Nino & Adrien. Alya hit it across the court (lets just call it that) where [Y/N] was running to, she jumped & spiked it hard, so it made a crater in the sand

"Woman, not that hard!"

"You could break one of our limbs!"

"Sorry..." little did they know someone was watching their game, & for some fucking reason they didn't notice the floating kwami's

"Point 2 for Alya's team!" Nino passed the ball to Adrien who hit it over to the other side, [Y/N] caught the ball & passed it to Alya, who spiked it but Nino blocked it. It landed on Alya's side & Nino was very happy about that

"Finally!"

"1 point to Nino's team." Tikki said

"I like Tikki better then Plagg."

"Hey!" the game went on for awhile, Adrien had spiked the ball but Alya blocked it but it was still on her side, [Y/N]'s arms wouldn't couldn't have caught it cause it was close so, she used her foot to hit it back up. It was high enough so she got up & hit it to Alya, who spiked it over to the boys side, meaning the girls won

"Alya & [Y/N] win, Nino & Adrien are losers." they both at Plagg, who hid behind Ame who was eating a strawberry with Tikki

"Way to go girls!" Nathaniel called with an ice pack on his face

"Nice game boys."

"Hey [Y/N]! You should join a volleyball team, your very good." Adrien said

"Good? You call that good?! That was amazing! Fantastic!"

"& Adrien's right, you should join a volleyball team."

"I'll think about it."
