Chapter 23 | Lady Misfortune

Reader POV

I woke up pretty early & a smile on my face, Ame seemed to have noticed but he didn't ask, I got up & got changed. I went downstairs & Ame followed, I walked into the kitchen & started to make [F/B] [Favorite/Breakfast] while pulling strawberries out for Ame

"What's got you in a good mood?"

"Adrien is Chat Noir & he kissed me~!" his eyes widened

"So Plagg told you?!"

"Slightly, oh & here, for winning the bet." I grumble at the end, I handed him pancakes with whip cream & a strawberry on top

"Thank you~" I ate my share of breakfast & waited for Ame to finish, when he did he flew into my bag & I went to school in a slow pace, but I was still smiling. When I made to school everyone greeted me, I saw Vicki so I smile & wave at her, she waved back

"Why are so happy sis?"

"Adrien & I kissed~" her eyes widened

"What?! When I get my hands on that boy--"

"Calm down Vicki, & I'm happy that your worried about me." she grumbled something to herself before shaking it off & smiling a bit

"I'll kick his butt for you if he breaks your heart."

"Don't worry, I can do it myself." she chuckled & ruffled my hair "Stop stop! Your ruining my hair!" I yell, she laughs

"Okay okay, I'll stop. Lets get to class." I roll my eyes before smiling, we walk into the classroom & I see Adrien. We bith blush but her shakes it off & gestures me to sit with him

"Hey dudette, Adrien told me that you two kissed."

"Whoa, you did?! Details, give me details." Alya said, I look at her with a blush forming & noticed Marinette was glaring at me

"Yeah, details."

"Yeah, go on Adrien." he gives me a look "Oi, your the one who told Nino, where Alya heard then Marinette. Unless it was the other way round." he then kisses my cheek, making me red, everyone whistle or go 'whoa' while Marinette stood up with tears forming

"I thought we were friends..." & she ran out, Alya was gonna go after her but I put my hand on her shoulder

"I'll go, this is my fault." she slowly nods, I get up & run out of class & try to find Marinette

"If you don't find her fast, she could get akumatized."

"I know, so just in case, Ame: Scales Out!" we transform & I start to look around, I had no luck until a yo yo was throw at my head. I turn around & my eyes widened, a girl in a black & red skin tight suit stood there, her hair in pigtails with red tips, a black & red mask with Hawkmoth's symbol around her eyes

"M-Marinette?" she chuckles evilly

"Marinette is no more, I am Lady Misfortune!" Omigod, Marinette is Ladybug

'You owe me more food!'

'Yeah yeah.'

"Get outta my way Bitch Acuda, I'm only after Adrien & [Y/N]! Get in my way & you'll be beaten to a pulp." I gulp, I pull my scythe out

"No way! If you hurt either of them, you'll have to deal with me." she cracked her knuckles

"As you wish." she threw her yo yo at me but I brought my scythe up so it wouldn't hit me, suddenly the yo yo wrapped around it & she pulled my scythe over toher, now she was holding it

"Oh shit." she ran at me at full speed & I was barely able to dodge so, she slash my chest & it was bleeding pretty bad. I stumble backwards then fall to my knees, she suddenly knees me in the face & I get a bloody nice, she punched me in the jaw & sent me flying

"Can't put up a fight?!" I got up & my suit was pretty torn, I had bruises & scratches here & there & blood was dripping from my chest & forehead

"I'm just getting started."

Third Person POV

"[Y/N] & Marinette have been gone for awhile now, you think we should look for them."

"They should be find Adrien, stop worrying."

"I'm not the only one." they glance at Vicki & see she was violently biting on a pen

"But don't worry, your princess is probably safe." then someone was thrown through the wall & crashed into another wall, causing it to crack

"What was that?!" as the dust cleared up, they all saw a pretty beat up Lady Acuda while Lady Misfortune walked through the broken wall & up to Lady Acuda who was on the ground panting

"Is that all you got?!" & she stomped on her chest/wound, causing her to cough up blood

"Lady Acuda!"

"Adrien!" he suddenly jumped in his seat & looked at Lady Misfortune in fear, she was about to walk towards him but she (you) grabbed her ankle

"Don't you," she got up & threw her through the black board "hurt him!" she barely able to stand up but she was able to, she looked over at Adrien so she quickly ran over to him

"Your coming with me..."

"But--" he was cut off when Misfortune was up, she grabbed Adrien & jumped through the window

"Come back here with Adrien!"
