Chapter 17 | Vicki Kaige

Reader POV

My eyes started to flutter open & when they did, I was blinded by the light. I groan as I slowly sat up, when I was I was embraced by a hug from four people

"We were so worried about you [Y/N]! You were out for 3 days!"

"What happened?"

"After you read this letter, you fainted. We had just arrived as well too!"

"Sorry about that, my father just died, just like my mother." I sigh sadly "At least I have you guys, right?"

"Of course, & once your free all five of us are going to have a slumber party at your house!" Nino said as he wrapped his arms around us

"Oh no she's not."

Third Person POV

"Oh no she's not." they all look in the direction they heard it from & out from the shadows was a girl. Long red hair with emerald green eyes, the four look at [Y/N] who was glaring at her

"Vicki, long time no see."

"So my little sister does remember me." she was going to ruffle [Y/N]'s hair, but she grabbed her wrist

"Don't you dare touch me." she threw her hand away & Vicki rubbed her wrist "After what you did to our family!" the four friends look at each other awkwardly before shuffling out of the room, but still decided to eavesdrop on their conversation

"Oh right, after mother's death I decided to steal our entire life's saving. Have did that work out for you & papa? Living under a rock while I'm in a snazzy hotel?"

"No, not really. We were living in a huge mansion!" it looked like Vicki was choking on the air

"M-Mansion."

"Yes mansion, while you were staying in those snazzy waste of time hotels."

"W-Well I'll be living with you, right?"

"Wrong." Vicki was taken aback

"What do you mean wrong? I am your sister! I have to look after you so I have to live after you!"

"Wrong again. You are my guardian, that doesn't mean you have to stay with me. Also, our whole families fortune belongs to me, so all our money, all our riches, everything that belonged to us, is now mine." Vicki scoffed while [Y/N] smirked

"Your such a brat, I can't believe I'm your sister."

"Same goes for you. & if you want to be a actual sister, start acting like one!" she hmph before spinning on her heel & walking out, [Y/N] crossed her arms & looked away

"Did she really steal from your family?" Nino asked

"Why did you just ask that?!" the three yell

"Of course you guys were eavesdropping, & yes! She did steal from us, & it broke my father's heart knowing he couldn't trust his daughter again."

"Was she always like that?" she nodded

"Vicki was always greedy. Ever since we were kids she would take take take & give nothing in return, with me I would share. I gave her something once & her being the brat she is, she was braggy about how it was hers. In our family our mother was the one who got a lot of money so she was always a sweet angel to her, but a brat to our father."

"Jeez, your sister is another Chloe."

"But related to you." she nods

"Sometimes... I wish she wasn't my sister."

Reader POV

After a couple hours I was released from the hospital, Adrien had called a limo & he drove all of us to my house, & just when I got in the limo I saw Vicki. She saw me & waved, I look away & got in the car

As we were driving they were telling me everything that's happened, Chloe had tried to get to Zwayne but they denied her. Zwayne had come by & given me flowers, which I have now, & everyone else was worried about me

"We're here." we all hop out & the first thing I see is people throwing confetti in the air

"Welcome home [Y/N]!"

"What is this?"

"This was all Adrien & Nathaniel's idea to throw you a party when you got better so, surprise." I felt so touched

"You guys shouldn't have." that's when I felt to hands on my shoulders, I look & see Adrien & Nathaniel

"Oh but we did, after what you've done for us!"

"Its at least what we can do." I giggle to myself

"Alright then, lets party!" & as we did, I didn't know a little red head & blondey secretly watching us the entire time
