A World Behind Walls (Tokio Hotel Story)

Chapter 1

    “Mmm” I heard, Andy moan from above me. His hands in my hair, pulling slightly, his labored breathing, the way his hips pushed onto mine, my mouth on his neck, bighting, sucking. This happened every month. I had to feed.

    Andy was my human consort, my ’blood bag’ as you humans call it. He would willingly give me his blood, in exchange for protection and that someday I would turn him. Andy was one of my best friends, he had black hair, his eyes looked like the black pits of hell. He looked the part of a vampire except for his sent, it reeked of human. Not that there was anything wrong with that. But if you were in a room full of vampires, they would find you very quickly.

    When I felt full, I removed my mouth from Andy’s neck. The left over blood dripped onto my face and I willingly wiped it off and licked my finger dry. Andy had a tired look upon his face, as much as I hated doing this to Andy, taking the very thing that kept him alive, I had to.

    The things that happen to a vampire after feeding on their consort, is that you can always feel were they are, you can go into their heads and see what they see, feel what they feel. Even while you are feeding from them you can feel what they feel. While you feed from your consort, a rush of endorphins consume them, it makes the pain that they would normally feel, into the emotion of sexual pleasure. So basically they get turned on.

    I hated doing this to Andy, but I had to live. I was going to be marrying King Don Louis. I have never met the man, nor have I even seen him at all. All I know is that he is the king of the North side of the U.V.W. Also known as the Underground Vampire World. This is the world that I was put into, the world that I will forever be bound to for eternity.

    The North Side is the most powerful side, think of the north as England when the 13 American colonies wanted their freedom. The North was the king of our world practically. They had the most powerful vampires, warriors, assassins, and spies, they even had human spies.

    In the human world there are lots of us, you just never look hard enough. That wired girl in your classroom that doesn’t talk but will sit in the back looking all Emo, yeah she could be one of our human spies. Your teacher at collage that does the night shift, she could be one of us. That random person walking down the road, that person could be one of us looking waiting to eat you.

    “Lori. Are you okay, you look sort of out of it.” asked Andy. He was tired you could tell by the way his face was drooping, the way his eyes could barely stay open.  He yawned and laid down next to me. His shirt was still laying on my bedroom floor. I got up and went to my personal bathroom, I got a washcloth and wetted it with warm water. When I got back to my room Andy was asleep, I gently moved his head so that I could see the wound.

    I had pierced him deeply the blood stopped, but there was now dried blood all over his neck. I wiped the blood away going around the two pierced wounds knowing that they were still sore. Normally a vampire isn’t supposed to be this nice to their consort, but Andy is my friend. Along with Becky.

    Becky is your normal Goth girl, she has random highlights in her black hair. Her skin is almost as white as mine. I have been her friend since I got here. She loved to hang out with Abby, mostly because she was in love with Abby. Becky has had a crush on Abby since  Abby kissed her cut on Becky’s finger when she was cutting up raspberries. Why she was cutting them I have no idea.

    That night something was going to happen. I had one of my feelings. My powers are Life & death, my element is Spirit. With spirit comes psychic abilities. And that night I felt this emotion that I have never felt before. That night there was a Ball being held at the North side of our world. That night was the night that I would meet my future husband. But there was something else that was going to happen that night, and for the first time in my life I had felt uncertainty.
