    When I got to the ball, the house was packed. The dance floor had so much people on it you couldn’t move your arm with out hitting someone. This was typical for our kind. Our kind of Balls were mostly like your LA night clubs. How do you think your kind got the idea of a night club? The Princesses had to wear ball gowns it was the rules to do so.

    Human consorts were forbidden to go at all. So I was sad that Andy, Becky, and Abby couldn’t come. The night was chilly. I was escorted by my “father’, the king of the west. His wife was Jessica, we didn’t know her last name but we knew it wasn’t the same as our father’s. Jessica had flaming red hair, and blue eyes. She was always smiling that it drove me crazy.

    As we arrived we were welcomed with smiles, and bows. That is just the thing, you bow to a king or your head will be gone. My twin brother Adrian and I held hands as we entered into the main room. Adrian was engaged to Claudia a nice girl and he loved her, they used to hang out when ever we would come to see our sister Candy.  Candy was married to Prince Bill Kaulitz of the south side. Adrian ran off to his future bride and embraced her, giving her a passionate kiss.

    Bill was very popular in our vampire world. His father was very known for his fighting strategies. Tonight will be the first night that the North and the South will be under the same roof and not fight. Or at least I was hopping so. Bill’s Father Louis De Kaulitz. Was a hansom man. Very nice, but if you get on his bad side he can turn to you worst enemy of all time.  Abby had a huge crush on him. I thought that it was very funny to have Abby in love with him.

    The Kings would sit at there rightful station. King of the North would sit facing at the north. The South facing the south, the West facing the west. There once was a king of the East but many centuries ago he was killed, by his own brother, his brother was non other than King Don, king of the North side. It was told that the East used to be the most powerful, and Don was very jealous of that, so he killed him taking over all of the east side land making the north powerful.

    As I walked with my ’father and mother’ and Adrian, I felt a pair of eyes on me. But when I turned around I didn’t see anyone.    I didn’t want to look at the north side of the room, I was a little scared to see what he would look like. My family and I sat in our seats in the west side, if there was an east side of the building we would normally be facing it, just like how the south is facing the north. The kings and queens were the most important, then came the dukes, duchesses, nobles, and then the humans on our side. They would wear a necklaces with the letter N, S, W. Standing for the north, south, and west.

    The music was your latest trance, and techno music. How do you think you humans got that kind of music. At this ‘ball’ there were lots of actors, actresses, and singers. From what I could tell, I saw Johnny Depp, Brad Pitt, Orlando Blume, Shakira, Snoop Dog, Ellen, even Tyrah Banks. All these people are vampires and more and you humans have no idea.

    I heard a pare of footsteps coming toward us.  I did not look up, the sent was of great power and I knew then, that it was King Don Louis.

    “Why, hello, Don, it is nice to see you again.” said Jessica. She had on one of her smiles again, the one that drove me crazy.

    “The pleasure is all mine.” he replied. Then he turned to look at me. His eyes were a beautiful glowing yellow color. And his smile was sort of evil. But over all he was beautiful.

    “I am very grateful to meet you, Lorelei.” he said to me. His voice was deep, slow, and hypnotic. It made you feel like you were in a trance.

    “And also to you, King Don.” I took his hand which he had held out to me. He pulled me from my seat and up against his body.

    “Please call me Don, Lorelei.”

    “Well then, if I get to call you Don then just call me Lori please.” he smiled and told me that he would love to.

    Still holding my hands he glided us to the dance floor. People who were in our way parted in an instant but did not stop dancing. Don pulled me against him again, putting his hands on my hips and we started to move to the music. For a man that was well over 300 years old he danced as if he was the age he stopped aging at, 25. I could feel his breath on my neck, and I tilted my face back so that my head was sitting on his shoulder. Slowly and gently he kissed my neck. I could faintly smell his marking venom. Marking venom, is a red like venom that male vampires use on their mates, they inject it inside when they bite him or her, it is to tell other vampires who that person belongs to.

    It was just when Don had kissed my neck that I opened my eyes to see another pare looking right at me. They were brown. A very tasty looking brown.  There was a boy standing in one of the balconies, looking at everyone else. The man had cornrowls, and wore baggy clothing. He also had a bandana around his forehead. I knew who he was, he was the first son of King of the South. Tom Kaulitz. He may be the first son but he was not getting the throne. No one knew quite why. But Tom didn’t seem to mind.

    Tom kept staring at me with those yummy chocolate brown eyes. But I had to look away it was not right to look at another man when you were engaged to another.  Don turned me around again so that my body was against his facing him. His hands went from my hips to my lower back. I wrapped my arms around his neck, slightly tugging at his hair. I had no idea why I was being so forward I just meet the guy not even 10 minutes ago. But there was something about him, something felt like home to me. I felt that I could trust him with anything.

    When the song ended he unwrapped himself from around me, gently kissed me on the cheek and told me that I would see him soon again, and that someone needs to talk to him. When I got back to my family everyone was there. Bill, Candy, Adrian, Claudia, dad, and Jessica, but there was also Tom.

    Tom stood there and looked at me. He got this cocky smile on his face, and said, “Well, well, well, brother you didn’t tell me that you sister-in-law was sexy.” he came over to me lifted my hand and kissed it.

      “Tom, she belongs to someone else, you can’t have her.” Bill said in a serious voice. That is why I thought Bill was the rightful next king of the south. He was serious when he needed to be. He was responsible, when he needed to be. Then there was Tom, he played around with the local human whores that the vampires had. He was never serious about anything.

    That night was the night that I saw and danced with my future husband it was the night that I first met Prince tom Kaulitz. But little did I know that treachery, adultery, murder, and love in the most wired ways was ahead. And there was nothing I could do about it. Even if I had tried I never would have succeeded.
