Darcy and Luke stared at the two girls in the door frame. They were filming the whole scene and were smirking while they were tapping on their phone screen. They laughed and closed the door again, leaving Luke and Darcy speechless.

Darcy fixed her skirt and got her bag, walking over to the door. "Darcy." Luke said, making her look at him while he fixed his hair. "Never mind." He said. Darcy shook her head and left the classroom. Lola and Cara were planning something big with this video, and it was going to cause a lot of problems.

The halls were still quiet but they would not be for long, in ten minutes the bell would ring. Darcy had to get out of here, so she grabbed her phone, dialed Ashton's number, asked him if he could pick her up. He did, without any questions.

She quickly got in to the car when he was there, the second they drove off she could hear the soft sound of the bell ringing. Darcy closed her eyes and let her head fall agains the chair. "What happened?" Ashton asked her and she didn't say anything. She was not going to tell him, she was scared.

She was sad she didn't.

Luke fixed his hair in the reflection of his phone, got his backpack and then left the classroom as well. He couldn't wrap his mind around what happened, there were so many people's feelings getting ruined by this. He thought Darcy was at least loyal to Maxwell, but he guessed not. He had to go to the bathroom and realized it was useless to go back to class for just these few minutes.

He waited until the bell rang and walked back out of the classroom. The second the doors opened and the people started to pile in to the halls, notification sounds from phone's were ringing. Luke's too, basically everybody in the hall stopped in their tracks and grabbed their phone to see what the notification was.

Luke opened his phone to see a tweet he was slightly expecting.

@LolaRoison: OMG! Darcy Irwin apparently gets bored quickly in a relationship, poor Max! [VIDEO ATTACHMENT]

Luke only watched five seconds of it until he got stared at by almost everybody. He didn't know what to do, mostly people he didn't know stared at him, so he could care less. He walked over to his locker, and met Maxwell with Cara clinging on to his side.

"You can have her, you know, I was kinda over her anyways." Maxwell chuckled, adjusting his arm around Cara's shoulders. Luke got a sudden rush of anger through him, slammed his locker shut and then hit Maxwell with his fist. He stumbled back slightly and then stared at Luke. "Asshole." He spat, walking past him and bumping his shoulder.

Luke just shook his head, done with people staring at him. They thought Luke just got some but Darcy was way more than just 'some'. He rushed out of the school building and over to his car. He just sat behind the steering wheel for a second, not knowing what to do.

He was wondering what Darcy was going through right now, Ashton was probably angry at her, she literally had nobody right now, her friends would all pick Maxwell's side. Luke wanted to be there for her, as a friend. Something he should've become way sooner.

He didn't think twice before he started the engine and drove off, to see Darcy. He got something of her, now he couldn't get enough. And after ten minutes, his car stopped in front of her house. He debated wether or not he should indeed knock on her door, he just thought he should.

His shoulders felt three times as heavy as usual when he rang the doorbell and Darcy opened it, her eyes were red and puffy, tears were stained on her cheeks and her nose was completely red. "Luke," She whispered with a soar voice. "You need to leave." She spoke softly.

"No, wait." He said, Darcy just stared at him. It broke him to see her like that, he did not want to see her like that. "I don't care anymore, Darcy." He said, Darcy's eyes widened, she was probably scared Ashton would hear.

"I know you are scared you will have nobody, but I want to be there for you, Darcy, let me care about you." He said, giving in to his feelings for her. She shook her head, not wanting to let more tears fall. "Luke stop, don't do this. Just go home, you're wasting time and energy." She said, then turning around and closed the door.

The second she closed the door, she let her back fall against the door, followed by her head. A single tear slid down her cheek and touched her lips. She was feeling so lifeless, her lips were chapped and faded.

After a deep breath, she turned around and saw his body was still in front of the door, she had to let him leave.

Darcy walked back in to the living room to see Ashton sitting in the kitchen. She wanted to say something to him, but she couldn't. They had a big fight and now Ashton would not speak a word to her, he would ignore her completely.

The sobbing started again when she walked up the stairs. It did not stop, she just continued crying. Her body hit her bed and that is where it was for the rest of the night. She had turned off her phone after the notifications came pouring in, people calling her horrible things, things she wasn't.

She touched the on/off button to turn it on, and swiped away all the notifications there were, deleting twitter and blocking all the numbers she didn't recognize. She was left with one last notification, a text from Luke.

I care

Darcy had been debating for at least ten minutes what to do, should she answer or ignore it. There was so much trouble that was going to come from this, so she deleted the text and blocked the number.

Lazily, she got up and walked over to her bathroom. She found a poor reflection of her tear stained self in the mirror. After grabbing a fluffy towel she got in to the shower and had a deep cleanse. All the tears were scrubbed off her face and by the time she got out, she felt a bit better.

She was not hungry so she grabbed a t-shirt laying somewhere on the floor, put it on and went to bed.
