There they stood, ready to walk down the aisle. Proud parents, family and friends scattered around the field applauding and cheering. Luke turned his head and looked at the girl that stood besides him, winking.

"Welcoming the graduating class of 2016!" The headmaster yelled through the microphone, people cheered and welcomed their children. Everyone sat down on alphabetic order and the headmaster started talking.

"I can't believe we made it." Darcy whispered to Luke, who nodded.

It had been a year and a half, almost. Calum and Michael had graduated last year and now the last of the group, Luke and Darcy were ready to throw their hats in to the air as well. "Me too." Luke whispered back and then kissed her temple.

Darcy turned her head to see her brother proudly looking at her, his girlfriend sitting besides him. Darcy smiled, Ashton deserved her completely. Her parents were sat besides him and Calum and Michael on the other side.

It was like their little sister was graduating, so Calum and Michael were just as proud. Luke's parents were sitting besides them and his brothers and their girlfriends were also looking at the headmasters.

"And then I would now like to call up our valedictorian, Darcy Irwin." The headmaster said and Darcy got up. "Go get them, baby." Luke whispered and Darcy walked over to the stage. Her heels making a slight sound when she was on the wooden stage.

"Dear classmates, I want to thank you all for the crazy few years we have just been through. I think we can all say that our Junior year was by far the craziest. We all learned from our mistakes, and now people actually think that we're adults."

Darcy looked around the people for a split second and then continued her speech. "No matter where you go, never forget that this High School has made you who you are today. Don't forget where you came from, and don't forget where you belong.

I want to thank all of you for making this last Senior year my best year ever. Not only because of the money we, as senior class have raised for the yearly fund, but also to thank all the athletics for their amazing achievements, but let's not forget all the people from the math club, the Cambridge club and the debate club who have come home with a lot of prizes this year.

When we stand up, and are ready to throw our caps in to the air after we have gotten our diploma's, don't forget to applaud. Not just an applause for all your classmates or children, friends or family member. Also applaud yourself, on your own amazing achievements.

I want to end this speech by saying the following sentences, don't forget to stay who you are, no matter where you go. Thank you all so much."

Darcy ended her speech and got the small applause she had expected. She then got her diploma and walked back to her chair. Then, all the other students were called up and got their diploma's. This always took a while, but luckily Darcy had Luke to enjoy it with.

And when it was indeed the time that everybody had gotten their diploma's, they were asked to stand up. The amazing countdown started and on zero, everybody threw their caps in to the air. Luke and Darcy cheered and connected their lips together.

"We made it!" Darcy cheered and kissed Luke again. "I'm so proud of you." Luke said, in between kisses and cheers. They turned around and congratulated their fellow students as well. There were a few people form their classes that walked up and made some small talk, but after a while, everybody had left to find their family.

Luke grabbed Darcy's hand and pulled her towards their friends. Calum hugged Darcy the second he saw her, congratulating her. Then, Michael did the same, giving her a hug and slightly lifting her off the ground.

In the mean time, Luke got a congrats from Ashton, who was waiting until he could talk to his sister. Luke walked over to his and Darcy's parents, who were talking with each other. "Hey, my man!" His dad smiled and shook his hand.

"Congratulations, Luke." Darcy's mother said and smiled. Darcy walked over as well and grabbed Luke's hand. "Pictures?" She smiled and Darcy's father grabbed his camera.

Darcy and Luke were posing for the pictures together, were then joined by Luke's brothers and Ashton. "Can we get one of me and the boys?" Darcy asked and Luke's brothers nodded, leaving and Calum and Michael walked over.

"Everyone say cheese!" Luke's father said, "Bacon!" Michael yelled and everybody laughed.

After another while of talking, they finally headed home. Calum, Michael and Luke all went to Darcy and Ashton's place, ready for a small mini pre-party. "Excited for tonight?" Luke whispered in to Darcy's ear when they were alone in her room.

"Mhm." She smiled and bit her lip. There was going to be a big party at one of their classmates' house, so they were getting ready to go there. "I love you" Luke said to Darcy. "I love you too." Darcy said back before she connected their lips.

Best thing that happened, Luke passed English with an A.
