7:17 AM. He's late.

Damn, where is he? He's supposed to be here now.

Oh, there's Kai. "Hey Kai."

Just his usual stoicism. Just great.

"If you're looking for Miwa, he won't be going to school today."

Did you just read my mind? And he's menacing as ever...Without even trying.

"A-ah I see. I'll be going now..." Why the hell did I stammer?

More importantly, why is Miwa absent?

Argh! Can't mess up my mind now. I have that MATH quiz later. I do hope that I'll pass.

~Hours Later Meow~

Phew, glad that the test is over.

But Miwa isn't here at school yet.

Duhh, (Y/N), weren't you listening to Kai?

I was, but-

Sht, no. I'm getting lost in my thoughts!

I'll just go home. Good idea, (Y/N).

Really better than having an internal arguement with yourself.

Ugh, shut up, inner mind of mine! My head hurts already!

*Hachoo* Great, it's r-raining. Good timing, I don't have my umbrella.

What if I...I go to the p...park and wait for the r...rain to stop...

Damn, the rain won't stop! Fasten your pace, (Y/N)!

It would still take long for the rain to stop...Better take a nap.

Wait...No...The scent of rain is still present. (A/n: I love that feeling...Weirdness.)

"You idiot. You shouldn't be out here in the rain."

Seriously?! He called me an idiot, and now he's laughing at me?!

And where has he been all day?!

And why am I wandering into my thoughts like this?! Everytime Miwa is around...I always wander into my thoughts unconsciously.

"Eh, what's wrong? You look pale, and you're giggling. Are you sick?"

I hate his concern. At the same thing I love it.

Wait, what?! This cold is making me insane!

"N...Nothing...I'm fine. Really."

Please be reassured...Ugh...

Oh...He doesn't look convinced. And now he's staring into the sky.

"The rain stopped." Aisht, so that's what it was about.

"Thank goodness..."

"Hmm? Ah, wait..." What does he mean?

"There. Use my jacket for a while. I'm pretty sure you caught a cold, (Y/N)."

U..Uh...I'm feeling uncomfortable with him for an unknown reason...

Stop smiling like that, Miwa...
