As darkness turned into color, a bright light shined in my eyes making me have to squint, just to see where I was. I started to try and sit up, but I instantly fell back down on a.... Bed? *oh great* I had just released I was in Mr. Patrick's office. Sense I couldn't move my body, I decided to at least move my head, just to gaze around the "beautiful" room. Right as I turned my head to the right, my heart sunk to the bottom of my stomach. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.... Andy. He was fast asleep in the chair next to me. I tried turning away before he awoke and caught me starring at him, but it was to late. Both his eyes fluttered opened. Right as he saw me, his eyes went wide and he literally jumped out of his seat. "Maxiey! Hey your awake! " he says trying to keep his "coolness", when it was obvious that deep down he was happy. You could see the light in his eyes dancing around. That's when I released... He cared about me. My stomach filled with SO MANY butterflies, it felt like I was going to pop like a balloon. "Hey... Yeah I guess I am. " I said while turning my head and looking up at the bright light. About fifteen minutes later I finally got to leave Mr. Patrick's office. While heading out Andy kept insisting that he would escorte me to my next class. I decided not to even bother saying no, so I just said "fine". As we walked down the empty hallways to my next class I couldn't help but glance at Andy. *He cared* that was the one thing I couldn't get out of my head, but ....I had been having a hard time accepting something.... Something that I can now accept. I like Andy.
