Chapter 9: Baby? I'm back!

"Good job! And what's this one?" I asked Royalty holding up a card with 7 x 12 on it.

"Ummm..." She counted on her fingers

I waited patiently for her to get the answer.

"Elmooooooo!!!!!" She smiled and stood up.

"Huh?" I followed her little body as she walked to the door where Chris stood with a big ass Elmo bear in his arms.

"Hey baby girl!"

"Daddy. This mine?" She asked with her hand on her little hip.

"It could be. If you finish those cards you can go play with Elmo." He said smiling.

"Actually, Royalty, let me talk to daddy for a minute." I said standing up.

"Can I take Elmo?" She asked smiling hard looking like Chris.

"Yeah." I said.

She took Elmo out of Chris' hands and ran upstairs.

"You want to talk to daddy huh." Chris smirked walking up to me.

I laughed. "Yeah." I sat down and he sat on my lap.

Yes. He sat on my lap.

"What's wrong?" He asked.

"Nothing, I was thinking that we should have another baby." I said.

He looked at me and stood up. "What the fuck?" He mumbled getting his phone and his suitcase.

"Where are you going?" I asked standing up.

"Home. Cause I must  be at the wrong house. You want to talk to me about a baby." He stated.

"Yes." I laughed.

"Are you sure?"

"Baby come sit down."

He slowly sat down giving me his full attention.

"I spent a lot of time with Akeeila and I really want a baby."

"Sounds like you've got baby fever." He said waving me off.

"No. Fevers go away. I've been having the baby flu.'

"Since when?" He asked.

"Since Royalty came into the picture."

"Why haven't you said anything?" He asked.

"Because we were both busy."

"Girl, I could've got you pregnant on our honeymoon." He said in a high pitch voice.

"I wasn't all the way ready then. I'm for sure that I'm ready now."

"Oh well let's go." He said taking his shirt off.

"No Chris." I put my hand up. "We have to go through a process."
