"Hey pretty girl." He smiled as he opened his arms and I surprisingly went up to hug him. It honestly felt so good to be back in his arms.
"Colin with you?" I shook my head.
"No, he's with my parents." He nodded, pressing his forehead to mine.
"I missed you."
"I missed you too."
I leaned up and pressed my lips to his. Slowly he pulled away and just looked at me.
"You look beautiful."
"Sure, I still have baby fat."
"You just had a baby."
"I know."
I turned away while he pulled me closer.
"It's good to see you." I nodded turning back to him.
"Come on; let's go see our little boy."
"Wait Jason. As happy as I am that you are here we do have somethings to figure it out."
"You're but can we tonight, I want to see him and spend time with him."
"Fine."
He grabbed his bag and put it in the car before we both got in. I sighed turning on the car, while he took my hand making me somewhat relax. This is so crazy that he is here, and we're going to see our son.
"How is he?"
"He's doing good, getting big so fast." We stayed quiet the rest of the way home. Once I opened the door I was surprised to see how quiet it is. Usually Colin would be screaming for me by now. We walked into the living room where my mom was playing with Colin on the floor.
"Hey baby boy." I smiled at him.
"There's momma." He looked at me and put his hands towards me.
"Come here."
"Hi I'm McKenna." Mom smiled at Jason.
"Hey, I'm Jason." He smiled before looking at Colin.
"How was the flight?"
"It was good." I turned so Colin could see his daddy.
"Looks there's daddy." They looked at each other, but I could tell Colin was confused.
"Can I hold you?"
"Go see daddy." Jason reached out and carefully took him into his arms.
"Hi buddy."
"That's your daddy." He looked at me, before looking back at Jason.
"What do you think little man, bed time?" Of course I saw that evil little smirk, letting me know we probably won't get too much sleep.
"Jason if you need anything just ask."
"Thank you."
I grabbed Colin's blanky, before taking the boy's up to our room.
"Where's your dad?"
"Working late." He nodded, looking not what to do with Colin.
"Come here baby boy." I reached for him and curled him up.
"Where do you want me to sleep?"
"We can share."
"You sure?" I nodded sitting down getting Colin ready. Jason sat on the bed and just watched me latch on Colin.
