Survivor (Sasuke x reader)

Sasuke's Girlfriend?

We went back to the little village. It was nice to be back home. I was in the middle of unpacking my stuff when Sasuke came running in.

"Kyoko, I have to tell you something." he was panting. I gave him a confused expression.
"Sakura has asked me out." his face changed to a worried one.

"Say yes." I spoke.

"But I like you."

"But I don't want to draw attention to us. If going out with Sakura is the right thing then do it." his face changed again.

"Don't you like me too?" he seemed sad.

"I do but, I'm not sure if I believe in it. The group I was in taught me that love doesn't exist. So I believe that." Sasuke stiffened. His expression changed to a serious one. He cleared his throat.

"Forget that anything happened over the trip. It was my mistake that I kissed you. Twice." he slammed the door.

What was that all about, I thought to myself. He just over reacted to what I believe in.

About an hour later Sakura came running in.

"Kyoko! Sasuke said yes. He's my boyfriend now!" she just left the door wide opened and ran off.

So, he actually did it. I don't know why but I felt a little hurt by it.

Later

I was starting to get worried. Sasuke should have been here to out me to sleep an hour ago. I heard foot steps outside my door. When I looked out Sasuke was there.

"There you are. Why were you late." he looked away for a second.

"I was with my girlfriend. I told her everything that has happened ever since you came. She doesn't want me sleeping in your apartment anymore. Goodnight." he didn't even give me the chance to speak. He just left.

I slowly closed my door and went to bed. I sat there and cried myself to sleep.

I woke up screaming again. I turned to where Sasuke would usually be but he wasn't there. I broke into tears again.

"Kyo, you look like a wreck." Kakashi said as I arrived to training.

I hardly got any sleep last night. I saw that Sasuke head faint lines under his eyes.

Sakura came running up to him and kissed him on the lips.

"Okay love birds, we have two weeks till part 3 of the exams. Let's get training." I looked down when he said love birds.

"For today, Naruto and I are gonna be throwing kunais at you 3. You have to dodge them. Ready... Set... Go!" they started flying at us.

I pulled down my hood and started using my power. I used water manipulation to block the attacks. Kakashi was using a new tactic. The blade splits and one turns to hit you in the back. I was about to get by one until I heard a painful grunt. I turned to see that Sasuke head jumped in front of it.

"Are you okay?" I started going towards him but he put his arm out.

"I'm fine!" he jumped away and started fighting Naruto.

Sasuke

I saw that she was about to get hit. I can't let that happen. I jumped in front of the kunai and get hit in the leg. Its hard to act like I don't like her.

After practice I walked with Sakura.

"Did you have fun today?" I nodded my head.

Sakura had clung to my arm. I moved it around her shoulder. I looked back to Kyo. She looked so hurt. Sakura dragged me to a corner and started kissing me. I half heartedly kissed her back.

"Let's go on a date! This afternoon." she suggested.

"Can we invite Naruto and Kyoko? It can be a double date." she pouted but said fine.

Great.

Kyoko

Sakura had managed to convinced me to wear a dress. I was wearing a white sleeveless shirt with black buttons tucked into a black skirt. I used a black piece of ribbon to tie two pieces of hair behind my head.

Naruto had asked me out on a double date with Sasuke. I had said yes because I needed a distraction. So did Naruto. That was why he asked me out. He literally told me that.

We went to a pretty dinning place. When Naruto and I got there, Sasuke had his mouth slightly opened when he saw me. I could tell he did a double take.

The date went as normal but Sasuke kept looking at me. Naruto and Sakura walked home together while Sasuke and I went home together.

"Fun date." he spoke.

"Mhm." I responded.

"You look nice." His complement took me back a bit.

"Thanks."

He had an irritated look on his face. I just kept looking forward.

He grabbed my arm and made me stop walking. Sasuke stood in front of me. He just stared deep into my eyes. His eyes flickered from my eyes and to my lips and then back to my eyes. He licked his lips. It was an almost unnoticeable move.
