Chapter 10

Sage's P.O.V

I woke up this morning feeling the best I have in a while. All I could think about last night was Ryker and how blue his eye's were and how luscious his soft pink lips felt on mine. I couldn't believe myself. I still can't. I don't know why but I want to be around him. I want to be surrounded by him, but at the same time I don't. I don't understand it myself so don't even try to.

Even as I'm eating my food I can't stop thinking about him and if he's thinking of me too. I just wish I could tap into his brain and figure out what he's thinking.

Ughh. This was never the plan. It wasn't supposed to happen this way. I was supposed to ignore him and maybe get revenge. I was supposed to be stronger than this. I'm acting like a punk!

*Shatter*

Oops. Looks like I broke the cereal bowl. I levitate the wet cereal over to the garbage can and I condense the milk (since it's a liquid like water) and turn it into a jelly and eat it. It's sort of like jelly flavored milk but without the fruit taste.

I hear voices coming so I decide to pull a prank on whoever it was. I turn on the sink faucet and as soon as they walk in I spray the water on them. I hear a shriek and "manly" scream. I laugh my ass off falling to the floor. I look up to see Kaylee and some other guy from her pack all covered in cold water, shivering. "Ughh! You asshole! Do you know how long it took me to do my hair this morning?!" I laugh some more as she screams. They other guy just looks really cold so I decide to help him and I condense the water to a jelly and levitate it over to the sing, immediately turning it back to a liquid. He looks relieved and smiles at me.

"What about me!?" the bitch yells "Oh didn't see you there. What about you?" I ask with a smirk. "Aren't you gonna do your magic trick, voodoo shit for me?!" she rolls her neck while speaking which sorta makes her look like a duck, but whatever. I decide to be decent and I freeze the water till its ice. "Aaaah" y-y-your g-gonna p-p-py of t-this" she shivers only making me laugh even more. She walks away with her friend laughing after her.

I get up from my spot on the floor where I fell from laughing so hard. I quickly run up the stairs and put on some workout clothes. I needed to build up my strength and endurance, plus it's been too long since I've last punched something. I brush my crazy ass hair and put it up with a pony tail and a tight headband. I put on some sneakers and make my way downstairs to the gym.

I walk in ready to get my workout on, but I notice someone else is in the room. I look around and see Ryker at the punching bag section. The sweat glimmering like sparkles on his rock hard abbs. He senses I'm there quickly and looks up with a tired smile. I smile back, put on my gloves and make my way over to him.

"Hi" he says out of breath from his workout "Hi" I reply. "Goodmorning... W-why's that glowing?" He points to my necklace. I look down to see my necklace glowing a beautiful lilac color. I'm not sure why, but it was beautiful. "I don't know. Maybe it's another perk about this moon goddess stuff." I say looking back up into his beautiful blue eyes. He gazes back into mine and before I know what I'm doing I'm leaning into his lips.

His soft warm breath tangles with mine and soon my lips are engulfed by his. I don't know what it is but my heart starts beating like crazy and I pull him closer never wanting to let go. He wraps his gentle fingers around my waist and secures me. Never in my life have I felt this safe and secure. I wanted to stay like this forever. That's until I heard the clearing of a throat.

We quickly break apart and see Gabe, Kev, and Jess all standing there with smirks. Except for Gabe. He looked as if he could shit his pants or explode any second. "You two cozy enough?" Kev says smirking with a small chuckle. I roll my eyes. "Yeah yeah yeah. Whatever" I say and put on my boxing gloves, proceeding to beat the shit out of the punching bag and wonder what the fuck is happening to me.

2 hours later (in narrator spongebob voice) ;)

I finished my workout earlier no matter how awkward it was in the gym. Especially because Gabe kept staring at me and Ryker making googly eyes and Kev kept joking on us, while Jess just laughed her ass off at the situation like a dumbass "I heard that!!" Turns out she's listening to my thoughts being a COMPLETE CREEP! I COULD BE THINKING ABOUT WHO MY FAVORITE PORN STAR IS! And yeah. That was meant for you Jess. "You have a favorite?" she mind links me, of course laughing. Asshole "I love you too snookums" God I can't stand her.

Right now I'm in my room eating some ramen noodles while watching Pretty Little Liars. I swear best.show.ever. I only have 4 episodes left of season 4. But what's with Fitz though. I was rooting for ya bro. "Pack meeting. It's urgent" I get a mink link from Case and I immediately rush down stairs to the meeting room.

As soon as the room is filled, Case begins. "Good afternoon. I called this meeting to bring up the Rogue issues that have been happening in the area. There have been some reports from out pack guards that they have been smelling the Rogue's scent nearby. Everyday the scent become stronger. I feel as if something bad is gonna happen. So no one will be leaving territory until we find out what is going on. Am I understood?" Case finishes "Yes Alpha" everyone replies. "Good. Questions?" He follows up "Will there be any chance of a war or fight?" someone in the back askes "Hopefully not. But I'm sure there will be no need for that. But if there is, we have set up the right precautions for everyone to be safe." Case finishes. Everyone leaves the room and me and the rest of the gang including Ryker, Kaylee, and Bruce (A/N: For those who forgot, he's Ryker's top warrior).

"What's going on, cause I know your only sugar coating it so they won't freak out." I say "Well for the past week there have been sightings of some Rogues and it seems as if their planning something. We don't know what but it's something I'm not looking forward to. It seems as if their trying to figure out the perfect time to attack us. We've upped our defense's on the border. I think that should be enough, but the smell of the Rogues are quite strong and it lingers, meaning there's a good amount of them out there. Hopefully we can take em' down if they try to attack our border, but until we know for sure whats going on then we must keep all pack members in first half of the territory." Once Case is finished, we leave the room. We sit down in the quiet living room baffled with the question what's gonna happen next.
