Kylie, Juniper, Marcel, and Rajeev ran together until they could find a place to hide. They had reacted immediately to the very real sound of gunfire, and that may very well have saved their lives.
They hid in the backdrop of a wax display depicting two aboriginal tribes forming an unwritten treaty. Not ten seconds later, one lone terrorist passed by with an automatic pistol in his hand. He didn't seem to notice them, for the time being.
The quartet collectively held their breaths and crouched as still as can be. The slightest movement could give away their position.
