When I woke up it was about 11. I got up and went to go make coffee. Y/b/f/n came out and sat at the bar we had in the kitchen.
We talked and drank some coffee. Soon cam came out. "Good morning" he said to both of us. Smiling he kiss my forehead.
I just smiled back. "Babe do you know why I was on the floor?" He asked.
"Well, um last night you told me we were engaged and I told you no we weren't, then we got up to our room and you started crying and asking my why I didn't wear the gold and silver ring you got me, then I told you that you never gave me a ring and you got mad at me and decided to sleep on the floor" I said summing up everything that happened last night when we got home.
His eyes got wider and wider as I went on. "Oh huh so weird" he said rubbing the back of his neck. Y/b/f/n and I look at each other once he leaves the room.
"You don't think..?" I started to ask. "No" she said softly. "Oh" I sighed.

Later that day. Cameron found me out back laying in the hammock.
He got up there and laid with me. "Babe, we are going to your grandparents tonight. Your dad just called me" he said pulling me closer to him. "Why'd he call you?" I asked.
"I don't know" he said sounding surprised. "Huh" I said a after a second. He turned his head and kissed my forehead. "We need to be there by 5" cam told me.
"Okay, I remember the first time you met my whole family was at my grandparent's. Your mom made you bring some desert" I laughed.
"Yeah and you took me to your favorite spot out back in the woods where there is a big clearing" he said. "That's where we had our first kiss" I laughed. Out back behind my grandparents... not the norm.
Soon enough it was time to go and we all went. When we got there my whole family was there. We all hung out in the backyard and soon ate dinner. After dinner cam leans over and softly says "let's go to our spot". I smile and we stand up.
"We are gonna go for a walk" cam announced. We walked out of the group of family members and he grabbed my hand bringing it up to his lips to kiss. I smiled and he looped his arm around me still holding my hand.
We walked a little bit and we got to our spot. There were a couple logs back there that we could sit on.
"It's so nice back here" I said leaning my head on Cameron's shoulder. "Sure is" he replies. We sat in silence for a little bit then he cleared his throat.
"I think we should talk about things y/n" he said as he stands up. I stood up with him.
"Well, it's just, we have known each other since middle school, we have been together since the middle of high school, 7 years later here we are still going strong. But within these past 7 years of being with you we have had our good days and our bad days, however nothing makes me happier than getting to spend my good days with you and being able to fix the bad days with you. Y/full/n you have showed me what it feels like to have someone who loves and cares about me aside from all of my imperfections and mistakes. The only more I could ask for is for you to marry me, to build a family with me someday." He pulls a box out of his pocket and gets down on one knee.
"Y/n will you marry me?" He asked as tears rolled down my face and I couldn't get words out fast enough. I nodded my head yes very quickly he opened the box holding the gold and silver diamond ring slipping it onto my finger. He stood up and I hugged him so tight. I started hearing cheers. I looked around and seen y/f/n who is very into photography with her camera cheering on the moment. She came up and hugged us.
"I'm so happy for you two" we hugged her back and I whipped my tears away.
We all started walking back. Cameron grabbed my hand and we walked in sync.
We came out so everyone could see us. "She said yes" Cameron said jumping as he picked my up and ran us up to everyone.
Everyone was happy and congratulating us. I was very excited to figure out when I would become Mrs. Dallas.
