Chapter: 41

ANGELUS P.O.V.

I had finally regain my mentality and grabbed my leather jacket from the closet,  I had Gregory prepare the car ready to take me to the club,  I checked the clock and realised it was 8:30 p.m. I immediately walk outside and got on the car.

"Drive" I said and immediately the car lurched forward.

I looked out the black tinted windows and watched as we passed houses with children running and playing. I sucked in my breath remembering my childhood,which wasn't that great. I had a bad life, but since 1864 I vowed too never ever be pushed around by anyone.

ANGELUS 1864...

Mr. Knight walked towards the stalls, I knew he wanted to talk, he was my friend, he knew my darkest secret.

"Angel?" he yelled

"Mr. Knight, I'm over here" I yelled back

He finally appeared with a serious expression on his face.

"Angel can we talk, and you can call me Edwin" he said

" Edwin, is something wrong?" I asked

"My parents found Iris crying and they asked what was wrong, she answered with one word, your name" Edwin said

"I would never hurt your sister Edwin, its just that I got in a fight with Trevor,  he stold  my letter for Iris " I said

"Trevor has always wanted Iris, so is that it" Edwin asked

"Yes" I answered

"By the way, what did the letter contain?" he asked curiously

I thought for a moment, the first thing Edwin begged me not to do was love Iris. Edwin was overprotective with Iris and he would kill me if he found out.

"Was it a love letter?" Edwin said I watched as his gaze hardened

"No, of course not" I answered to quickly

"Angel if I find out it was and you lied to me, I will kill you " Edwin said seriously

He was already walking away when I yelled out the stupidest thing.

"What if I do love her, you can't stop me" I said

Edwin quickly turned around and ran to me, he slammed into me knocking me down, he punched me a couple of times.

"Don't ever say that Angelus" Edwin said

"Didn't I tell you to stop calling me that" I said

"Angelus if you pull another stunt like that I'll expose you" he said

With that he infuriated me, we both got up and he began to walk away from the stalls. He was almost to the back door of his house  when the anger overwhelmed me, with a flick on my fingers Edwin slumped down to the ground unmoving. I could hear a girls scream and find Iris running towards her older brother, once she got there she screamed even more and her parents had arrived to the scene. I knew Edwin was dead, because I was the one to kill him. Few months had passed after Edwin died and every night I would wake up screaming for my dead friend Edwin.

PRESENT...

I was looking out the window and so suddenly I flipped out.

"EDWIN!!" I yelled

I hadn't realized I had fallen asleep, immediately Gregory stopped the car and checked if I was okay.

" Just get there okay" I said

KOL P.O.V

"Elijah, don't let him hurt her" I pleaded

"She's family now, and I don't let people harm my family" Elijah said

"Now do you know what your going to say?'' I asked

''Of course, I do'' Elijah answered

ELIJAH P.O.V.

We piled into a car and drove over to the club, I got off and walked to the front door, but 2 men blocked my way.

''Clubs close'' the man said 

''I have a meeting with Mr. Baine'' I answered

Immediately they stepped aside and opened the door for me, I walked in an examined the building, finally I see Angelus sitting on a couch near the bar.

''Elijah, come sit'' he said 

''I perfer to stand'' I answered

''Very well, where's Iris'' Angelus asked

''First, let's negotiate then I hand her over'' I said 

''Fine'' Angelus answered

''Well..'' I said but was quickly cut off by Angelus

''Elijah, I'm going to have Iris and I wish not to negotiate, I want you to obey annd bring her to me we do this on my own terms and thats final'' Angelus said 

''Well seems we have a different perspective in this situation'' I said 

''Seems we do'' Angelus said 

He snapped his fingers and suddenly I was surrounded by vampires.

''You think I didn't come prepared'' I said 

As if on cue, the door burst open and walked in my siblings and right behind them was the Salvatores.

''Well I actually have a surprise'' Angelus said 

A boy stepped out of the shadows and stood beside Angelus.

''Another Doppelganger. are you serious?'' Rebekah said 

''And not just any Doppelganger'' Kol said 

''My Doppelganger'' Damon answered
