(Florence's P.O.V.)

I ran down the stairs with glee, tripping on the last two steps and fell face first. Luckily, my hands broke my fall with a loud 'smack', and it brought me to a pair of feet in front of me.

"Hey..Niall.." I spoke.

"Mornin'. And Happy Monday." I scowled and he helped me up. I hate Mondays. Love Wednesdays though. "D'you sleep well love?" I nodded.

"I smell bacon.." I asked coldly.

"Woah girl! It's cooking!" Niall laughed.

"So what are we gonna do today, Niall?"

"First I'll get people to get some things to decorate your room, then we meet some friends of mine."

"Friends?" Oh, how I dread social time. I get shy, then I stutter, and afterwards I want to slink in the corner and shrivel up into coal. "I don't know about that.."

"It'll be fine. If I can trust them, you can too. And afterwards we'll bake cuz, I'm seriously craving cookies."

"M'kay. Whatever you say."

__________

"How do you spell norepinephrine?"

"Why do you need to know?"

"Just wondering," Niall said. "Nothing important right now."

"Oh ok.

Why that word?"

"..What?"

"Why norepinephrine?"

"I don't know. It sounds interesting..I don't even know what it is-"

"Norepinephrine is one of several chemicals your limbic system needs and or possesses in order for your brain to function things prior to your life. For example, emotions, your immunity to mental illnesses, or immunity in general. People who don't have much of it use pills such as antidepressants to support neurotransmitters and chemicals such as.. sorry." I said.

"No, continue! It's interesting.. you're really smart Florence. Can I call you Flo?"

"I'm not really immune to nicknames, knowing of all the harsh ones Jessica has called me. Booger, ugly, idiot, dumb; which is stupid because I have an iq of 108 and she has an iq of 12.."

"She really is mean, is she?" I nodded.

"Eh.. I've called her waay worst. Like pube face, coke skin, idiotic undergraduate, witch (classic), etc." he laughed.

"And you're witty, too." I shrugged.

"Norepinephrine. N-O-R-E-P-I-N-E-P-H-R-I-N-E-. Norepinephrine." I spelled it as I was singing to a jingle.

"Thanks. I just felt it was familiar and would help me later. But it's nothing."

"Well, I know for sure it doesn't have to do anything with me. Scouts honor." I promised, making the scout sign with my right hand.

"Haha, alright Flo."

"We're gonna go to the studio really quick to meet the lads, the gals from Little Mix, and 5SOS. Then we're going to fly out to Ireland. To home." He said proudly.

"Are they nice?"

"Very."

We headed to the limo out front and we were driven to the studio. And I have to say, I'm scared.

"Niall,"

"Uh huh.."

"How are they like? Like, how are your friends and family like?"
