Hayes POV
She was gone so quickly it didnt register in my brain to move until she was down the stairs. We were finally getting somewhere, so what was so bad that would make her run out just like that. I should have known by her face when she answered that she would buck. But I didn't, and I blame myself for that one. By the time I got downstairs she had slammed the door and the others who came running in as soon as I did were startled before looking at me with angry eyes. "Grier what the hell did you do?" Jenn yelled getting in my face. "Nothing I swear! Please get off, we need to go after her." She didn't move a muscle and the others were siding with her, if put in the situation and it looked like this, I would too. "Nash! Help me here!" I pleaded looking at my brother for help. "Nope, you're on your own for this one Hayes. I can't side with you on this one."
"Then let me explain! I didn't do anything wrong, and us standing here drilling me is just letting Grace get farther and farther away! Just hear me out, please!" Matt came up and replaced Jenn, and before any thoughts of him helping me, a bursting pain exploded in my jaw. I knew I deserved the punch and was prepared for the next but what he did next surprised me. The punch never came and as I  looked up at him he spit out a single word, his fist raised and ready if he didn't like what I had to say. "Talk."
"We were fine, I thought she was going to forgive me and then she got a call and she ran. I don't know who it was all I know is that it upset her. She ran out the door without a word I couldn't stop her." I stated and Matt and Nash looked at each and Nash nodded. "Okay well what are we doing standing here, let's go!" Lauren says with worry and Matt backs off walking out the door expecting us to follow. We split off into three cars dividing LA to find her. God, please let us find her.
Tobias' POV (Happy Late Birthday best friend)
Id never been one to jump to conclusions till Elliot started having as many depression problems as she did. But now it's different, I have the responsibility of it, it's not burden but it definitely keeps me worrying. I mean she's a runner, if that doesnt keep you on your toes I don't know what will. Each time I get a call saying that she left I can't help but panic. "Tobias she ran off without a word, didn't even say what was wrong but she's upset." Shit. Breakdowns for her make it that much worse, I haven't seen one since she ran off to California in the first place. She bottles up everything so much that when she bursts, picking up the pieces is that much harder. "Okay, im riding around right now I'll call you if I find her." I tell Andrea who is on the other line before ending the call. Grace is one that will shut everyone out at times like these, so im going to have to think like her. Only one problem, that means she could be anywhere. I started looking by going to possible places she could be, my apartment, Blake's, the park. She was no where. The others weren't having much luck either, no place we could think of had she been. My last place I checked was her studio, her manager was sitting in his office typing aimlessly on the computer. "Daniel, has Elliot been here at all in the last three hours?" He looks up from his typing and greets me with an answer. "Yeah she came by around two in a half hours ago and grabbed her bag. She wouldn't tell me what was wrong that she just needed to get somewhere. I figured it was boy problems. What's going on?"
"If I could tell you I would. I got to find her later Daniel." He sends me a good luck as I exit and go to my car. I sit there for a few moments regrouping before dialing Andrea's number. "Hey any news?" She answered with. "Are you with everyone?" The group that was out trying to find her was continuously looking for her as well and last I heard they were going to meet up to think of places they haven't been. "Yes you're now on speaker. What did you find?" Andrea speaks shushing everyone so I could talk. "I went to to the girls studio and Daniel was there, he said she had been by around 2 and 1/2 hours ago and had grabbed her emergency over night bag. So wherever she's going she's planning on staying for a night or two." I said and the voice that rang back was Matt's. "Did she say anything to him?"
"No, just that she was in a hurry." I responded and he swore under his breath. "Well she can't be going far because she hasn't charged her account for a plane ticket, so by now the farthest she could have gotten is Fresno and by the phone call it looked like it was someone she was close to." Hayes said with a sigh. "I just called her it rang but was sent to voicemail, so her phone is still on." Jenn said. "Well im going to look at a few more places and then I'll meet you guys there. See ya." They said bye and hung up and then I was back to the road. I tried asking her therapist if she had heard anything which was a no. Good god Elliot where the hell are you? Los Angles is big but how hard is it to find her? I was so caught up in my thoughts I didn't hear my phone ringing. Elliot Grace flashed across its screen and I pressed the button to talk immediately. "Oh my God Ellie where are you? What's going on?" I questioned pulling into a parking place at a gas station to talk. "T-t please come s-stay with m-me. I-I-I can't br-breathe." She sounded awful, sobs were coming through the phone. "Im on my way, where are you?"
"The ch-childrens hospital, fourth floor." Oh no, no, not her. This is not happening. "I'll be there in two minutes."
